All children from 5 to 11 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The hotel also offers a range of facilities and services to business guests. There is a spacious business centre on-site with 3 meeting rooms, conference and banqueting facilities. The wireless system is provided by PT wi-fi.
The hotel assumes the Quality as fundamental to get clients preference. Environment and Quality Management System of Eurosol Seia-Canelo has been certified, in May 2006. It has also earned the Chave Verde certificate and is in process of implementing the norm ISO 14001 and the Eco-hotel certificate.
The restaurant is open from breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:30.
The restaurant is closed Sunday at dinner and Monday all Day.
You can visit the museums of toys or of bread, as well as do do activities like hiking trails, mountain bike rides or JEEP rides.
The ski resort of Serra da Estrela is the main tourist spot. You can also enjoy an historical/ nature tour to one of the existent routes: historic villages; 20 castles routes), 4 rivers, 25 lakes or wool and others.
The restaurant is closed from 16-30 June 2009. In general, the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays.

A gentileza dos funcionarios e a comida servida no restaurante, que acho que é o melhor da cidade. Recomendo o Bacalhau à Broa! Pra ser comido rezando!!! E a carta de vinhos é excelente, com os melhores vinhos da região do Dão. No meu quarto haviam lâmpadas queimadas (que não foram trocadas) e a calefação era desligada durante a noite. A região da Serra da Estrela é muito fria e em novembro ela é necessária. Não haver internet nos apartamentos também me pareceu uma prática ultrapassada. |

A comodidade da cama, o sossego do quarto e a casa de banho funcional; O pequeno almoço não sendo excepcional em variedade cumpre suficientemente as expectativas para o preço cobrado! Choveu muito de noite e, no quarto em que fiquei a dar para um telhado mais baixo a queda da água de uma caleira era bastante ruidosa, podendo ser evitada! Felizmente parou de chover e o barulho desapareceu. |

2 pontos ressaltam da mediocridade geral. A simpatia dos empregados e o excelente serviço de restaurante Independentemente da idade do Hotel, lastimo a péssima manutenção do mesmo. O meu quarto (013 azar) tinha duas lampadas fundidads, a porta de entrada empenada, o manipulo do aquecimento central cada vez que se utilizava ficáva-nos na mão, etc...etc... |
