Excellent professional staff at the receiption. Tasteful decoration using natural stones and moders design. Good value for money. Good location. Under-staffed breakfast room (creates hectic atmosphere). |

We also stayed at Eurostar das Artes in Porto. This Spanish hotel chain pleased us in: bed comfort (they also have a menu of great pillows), room space, location and staff courtesy. I do not mind having breakfast included in the rate per night but those who need or like breakfast at the hotel have to pay an expensive 18euros pax. I went to a pastelaria nearby, ate delicious fruit salad + coffee + pastries for less than 4 euros. |

The location of the Hotel was very good. The breakfast at the Hotel was excellent. The room was very modern and comfortable. The Hotel is a new Hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating with any of our requests. |

Not as centrally located in the city as we hoped. Hotel was ultra modern which we didn't like, very dark decor. Not cosy and comfortable. No facilities such as a pool. We just couldn't wait to get out of the hotel to get air and see some brightness. Didn't like it at all. |

Everyone was lovely and very helpful. Nice that everything was new and clean. The bathroom door is absolutely ergonomically incorrect. A glass door for the bathroom that may not be propped open is not convenient. The door was also heavy and opened up awkwardly. I don't get why the single beds are not separated in some rooms. There were very few amenities in the bathroom. They could've done with providing shampoo, conditioner and especially body lotion. |

Very clean, modern, elegant hotel, set on a nice leafy side street near everything. Loved the very modern marble bathroom, and the large windows that opened. We celebrated our anniversary here, and the staff sent up a nice bottle of champagne -- an extra step much appreciated. our phone didn't work, which we didn't realize until late at night before we left. just set our cell phones for a wake-up call. |

The hotel is of a very high standard with good sized and well maintained rooms. It is conveniently located for a short walk to the main city squares. Staff very helpful. There is a steep hill return to the hotel from city centre. |
