The staff were very helpful and informed. We arrived early morning prepared to leave our luggage and check in at the usual time. Desk staff, without being asked, let us know if we could wait 20 minutes ofr room cleaning we could have the room right away. I requested an upper floor room on my booking.com (very good price incl. good buffet breakfast) and was give a 6th floor room with a good view over the city This is a clean well run modern hotel with a decent work desk and free wireless internet in each room. It is very well located for walking to most areas of interest but it is not in the middle of the tourist traffic/noise. Staff were helpful throughout the 6 days we stayed at Das Letras. ... |

Location WiFi service not working ok, hamburger (room service) not good enough, I didn't like the bathroom design (acrilic doors, too much light and no locking possibility) |

The hotel is stylish, clean and we had a good sized room for a city hotel. It is an easy downhill walk into the town center (about 1-1.5km), but there is nothing of great interest immediately in the vicinity of the hotel. The pricing of the breakfast was unreasonable so we declined it. |

The hotel is brand new, is conveniently located and has very good facilities. The bedrooms are spacious and well equiped. Very comfortable bed and pilows. The rooms located at the back of the hotel have a very nice view of the city and the São Jorge castle. |

Good value for money, breakfast good choice - nice to get one of tables outside. Hotel clean, nice room with balcony - location would however make me go elsewhere Location is in a business district - very few restaurants/bars open in the evening - many close about 9.30pm |

Hotel's location is very good. It takes only several minutes of walking to get the city center. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with any problem or to give some tips for leisure travellers. Information on many hotel facilities (spa services and prices, restaurant menu, etc.) is available from the reception desk only. Hence, for every small thing one has to contact the reception. It would be more convenient to have it integrated into IT infrastructure and have this info available via teletext or something similar. |

Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff On leaving, the staff member checking me out ordered a taxi to take me to the airport. It turned out to be a private taxi who charged me 20 euros when my trip from the airport cost less than 10 euros. It was disappointing after a lovely stay to feel ripped off at the very last moment. |

We got a great bargain to stay at the Eurostars and we really enjoyed it. It's a luxurious hotel... usually aimed for the business market but was also great from a tourists perspective. It's in a pretty good location just around the corner from avenida liberdad where the main shopping district is and about a 1k from most restaurants. Everything was great! |

The rooms were clean & contemporary. The bathroom facilities excellent. The quality of food for breakfast was very good, however the service staff struggled to keep up with demand for replacement food & utensils once run out. Free internet facilities with a printer much appreciated. Reception staff were exceptional - very friendly, helpful & proactive. We were disappointed that we booked a triple room & the 3rd bed was a foldaway bed, not a regular bed. |

Very helpful and polite staff, beautiful and modern decoration in the whole hotel. Good size room w/ enough space for suit cases, big and comfortable bed an pillows. Nice bathroom. Pay attention on the room w/ castle view, because it isn't exactly on your window... you must step out and look on your right side. If you sit out, you´ll have a great view of Lisbon and the Castle. |

We received a very warm welcome in English and with tips on how to spend our one evening in Lisbon at reception. Massive bed and fantastic bathroom facilities with a multiheaded shower. Free internet access was available. Good and easy access to airport which was only 20 mins away with no traffic. Too short a stay to enjoy the many facilities. I expected more English speaking TV stations other than CNN and BBC World. |

I found the hotel and rooms very stylish and well designed and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was a bit far from the center of town. The breakfast was incredibly overpriced, especially for Portugal. I felt the breakfast should have been included in the room rate. |
