Excellent hotel rooms, very high standard of finish Check-in was very slow - I arrived late afternoon but it took 20 minutes from arrival as only one person was on reception |

Fabulous staff, great location, beautiful room. Really great stay. We have two young kids, 2 and 3, and they had a great time as well. The staff made us feel very welcomed and were very helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you! |

Free wireless Internet, free and copious buffet breakfast; small but nice fitness facility and sauna; good location, central but quiet; comfortable bed, nice decor. Not enough porters to help with luggage or getting taxis; room lights were complicated (never could turn off the lights in the closets!), couild have used more towels in the bathroom; "cool" sleek decor in lie of some hman needs - like more hooks in bathroom or closet for coats in entrance way (dind't like having to hang outerwear in same closet as clothing) |

From the time we entered the hotel we were treated really well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and very comfortable. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. |

The room is very confortable, with a very big bed, and the staff are very efficient. It´s has a good location. The breakfest was very poor for a five star hotel, and some rooms smells cigar, even beeing a Non Smoking room. The towels don´t smell well too. |

The staff was very friendly and responsive to all queries. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for the airport bus and other public transport. The bathroom was very well appointed. It is better to ask for a room facing the street, the rooms at the back face an ugly wall. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not like the glass door arrangement to the bath room. No privacy. Nor did we like the positioning of the bath room door just at the bed side. The entrance to the bath room should be from the hall. |

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful to guide u for Lisboa tours . room is fine enough , and for us as a couple we really enjoyed the room and the staying there :) No swimming pool in 5* hotel is unreasonable !!! , no lock for the bathroom so somehow no comfortable in bathroom specially if your partner is naughty :)) |

The staff at reception were excellent, very attentive and providing personal advice on what to see based on the duration of your stay. The hotel room, especially the bathroom facilities were very good indeed. I think the reception furniture now looks a little dated but still manages to feel baroque-esque and contemporary 2 pillows as standard would have been nice, service at breakfast could have been more attentive and what was going on with the temperature in the halls around the rooms (!?) more like a sauna than a walkway. |

I regularly travel all over Europe for business and I consider the most important aspect of my stay at any hotel to be the quality of sleep it provides. Eurostars Das Letras managed to excel in that regard. The room was quiet and the bed spacious and comfortable, while the ventilation and temperature were easily controlled, flexible and unobtrusive. Best of all, however, was the note on my bed offering a choice of five different types of pillow. This allowed me to select the perfect combination, ensuring that I slept as well as if I were at home. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. |

It was fairly good, the rooms were small for Triple stay, the bathroom was close to the bed and no locks. The theme of room was good. I think more space in the room, the buffet breakfast, there was not much choice. |
