*The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory *spacious room and
bathroom *not too far from the center *very nice and attentive staff
*many tv channels *in two words, perfect

* Everything was fine except the restaurant with fado they have adviced
us at the reception - too expensive for what it is!

the rooms are nicely outfitted. I liked the CD player and the kettle was a nice touch for making tea. The hotel is located on a quiet street just a block off the main roads, so it it nice and quiet atmosphere.

Very friendly staff; smart decor and well-maintained; pleasant room with large bathroom; quiet location in nice area; within easy walking distance of the city centre; close to metro station and airport bus stop.

Having a room at the rear of the hotel meant hearing the sound of the air-conditioning vents if the window was open - however, it was so warm that we had the window closed & the air-conditioning on all of the time, so didn't really make a difference!

The hotel was outstanding. Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, we were upgraded at no cost into a very nicely designed suite with amazing views onto the city, and we were treated to a bottle of champagne and fruit to celebrate our honeymoon. Though slightly hard to find, the location is great and easy walking distance to most downtown attractions, bairro alto and alfama.

The elevators had issues (both the car and the people elevator), but the hotel had just opened a week or two ago...

The staff was amazing! They were very friendly, spoke English very well, and would do anything to help you.

The only thing I didn't like was the opaque glass door opening to the bed; not as much privacy, and the light would shine right on the bed.

i liked the room, it was very nice and clean and also the facilities inside the room were great...it was a very pleasant stay..also the location was very good, close to the city center-aprox a 15 min walk

Helpful & English speaking staff. New, clean, sophisticated decor & TV set, etc.

Washroom walk way a bit small, got to careful when opening glass door in washroom - may hit on the toilet bowl. Furniture nice but mainly square / rectangular shape with many pointed edges, travellers with young children got to be careful.

The hotel opened 2 weeks ago (July,1st 2008) so this hotel is brand
new, with a nice lobby, excellent service and perfect value for a 5*!
The breakfast is amazing. On top of that, their male receptionist was
the cuttest!

The gym empty and the sauna did not work. When I asked them for
restaurant ideas, they were not very creative! Pls avoid the restaurant
on the 7th floor next door! Trap for tourists!
