Modern "apartment", with separate toilet area, separate douching area, and separate kitchenette. Spacious room, clean, comfortable twin beds. Adjustable air-conditioning. Kitchenette with fridge and boiler. In order to use the full kitchenette functionality (cooking, microwave, pots and pans) there is an additional charge of 8 euro per night, but we did not need that extra functionality and thus did not incur that charge. WiFi worked without problems. Private parking under the hotel for 8 euro a day, which we used. All in all, reasonable price for the quality.
Air-conditioning blowing on my nose in bed, at night, on the side of the balcony. No problem at the other side. Limited TV channel choice, but that was not a big problem.
The hotel is very modern and comfortable. So modern, in fact, that we needed help getting the door and shower to work. There is a nice local cafe/restaurant nearby but you're not in the heart of Porto. You're outside in an industrial park-type place.
There are two Eurostars Oporto on the Web so it's misleading. You have to take a taxi or the Metro from the one we stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it. The Metro is a bit dodgy, with some drug addicts in the underground stations.
Big and confortable room. Also nice for long stay, it had brand new kitchen equipment and a nice balcony. Easy to park the car.
Pressure in the shower was a bit low.
The Rooms were very good. Metro Station is one block away. Bus stops too (I did not use them). Parking is more spacious than European standards.
I liked everything
The hotel is situated a 10 minute metro ride away from the city centre. It is a good location, 3 minutes walk to the metro station and a great view of the mountains. The rooms are huge and well furnished. They have a small kitchen which is very useful.
The breakfast. I don't expect too much from the breakfast buffet in a country where people basically don't eat breakfast, but in 4star hotel I expect fresh ingridients. The vegetables and fruit were from cans. Not acceptable!
This hotel has everything you could ask for really once you find it, comfy modern good-sized rooms, cleanliness, sound-proofed and relaxing. The parking situation was not clear from the literature so I had to park around the corner, but the tram was very close. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Excellent all round, although it would be nice not to have just mini-packets of Kellogg's products for cereals. It would be nice if hotels could offer soya or rice milk to take account of health needs and changing tastes but I've yet to find one that does.
Room good size. Shower was amazing. High standard of cleaners. Very helpful Reception staff, Willing staff at Breakfast. Efficient Lift. Kettle and cups in room. Good selection of toiletries. Quality of bedding and towels.
Not having any chairs or a small table on the balcony. Not provided with a dessert spoon for cereals and fruit etc. at breakfast. Had to ask the waiter each day for one and it was willingly brought but can't understand why one wasn't put on the table setting in the first place.
Small Kitchen Confortable bed
Close to metro Kitchenette Large space Roomy car park
Eurostars amaze me everytime in every hotel of the chain with the great staff, great rooms, cleanliness and fast service. Highly recommended
Convenient to tram!
Cost of using kitchenette makes for a very expensive breakfast! Cost of breakfast EXTREME!
Location Rooms Cleanliness Staff
Hotel factities are good
Don't book room no 403- you can hear the ventilators from the airconditioning, located on the roof of the hotel- its like sleeping on a boat in the evening.
To open the door to the room. We had to get help from front desk. The door to balcony did not woork. No Chairs and tabels outside the hotel.
Great location for Metro stop.
Wifi was extremely slow.
Very pleasant helpful staff. Very near to tram stop. Four places to eat at night within 3 minutes walk. Room was a good size with a balcony, a shower that did everything you could wish for and cleaned well every day. Breakfast was ok in pleasant dining room. I would certainly return if I visited Porto again
Breakfast needed more attention at times with replacing food but the staff replaced food when asked without problem. Lack of cutlery-only 1 fork,1 knife and a teaspoon on table but staff only too happy to give you extra but would have been better if it was available to help yourself, especially if having cereal! Decaff coffee was not available at breakfast but was on the bar menu. No chairs or table on the balcony. If I go again I will buy a cheap plastic chair in Porto!
Lots of space, great internet, and the bathrooms were very nice.
The location is not near the ocean, which was okay with me but don't expect to walk to the water from here.
In general we liked everything. Especially the proximity to the metro station, parking possibility, Wi-Fi, spacious room and the facilities in which.
Goog confort, staff commintment, Breadfast is good, have alzo a Goog parking is yuo William Rent a car .......
Locación Is so far away front the history Center, but using Metro is not a big problem......
The rooms are very big and are very well isolated. The staff is very nice and are ready to help.
the breakfast could be improved. A simple espresso is charged separately (which is not normal in Portugal....) I am staying at this hotel since 2013 and I can feel that the internet is getting worts. Download at 0.30mbps, which make the navigation impossible...
In general the Hotel is ok. Only if you have to visit the centre of Oporto is a little bit far away, but there is bus around 200 meters from the Hotel away.
The breakfast is ok, but could be better.
It was very good value for money , and easy access to the city and the airport on the metro.
Great different restaurants and bars around the hotel.
Excellent hotel. Convenient transportation to downtown.
