Location Rooms Cleanliness Staff
Hotel factities are good
Don't book room no 403- you can hear the ventilators from the airconditioning, located on the roof of the hotel- its like sleeping on a boat in the evening.
To open the door to the room. We had to get help from front desk. The door to balcony did not woork. No Chairs and tabels outside the hotel.
Great location for Metro stop.
Wifi was extremely slow.
Very pleasant helpful staff. Very near to tram stop. Four places to eat at night within 3 minutes walk. Room was a good size with a balcony, a shower that did everything you could wish for and cleaned well every day. Breakfast was ok in pleasant dining room. I would certainly return if I visited Porto again
Breakfast needed more attention at times with replacing food but the staff replaced food when asked without problem. Lack of cutlery-only 1 fork,1 knife and a teaspoon on table but staff only too happy to give you extra but would have been better if it was available to help yourself, especially if having cereal! Decaff coffee was not available at breakfast but was on the bar menu. No chairs or table on the balcony. If I go again I will buy a cheap plastic chair in Porto!
Lots of space, great internet, and the bathrooms were very nice.
The location is not near the ocean, which was okay with me but don't expect to walk to the water from here.
In general we liked everything. Especially the proximity to the metro station, parking possibility, Wi-Fi, spacious room and the facilities in which.
Goog confort, staff commintment, Breadfast is good, have alzo a Goog parking is yuo William Rent a car .......
Locación Is so far away front the history Center, but using Metro is not a big problem......
The rooms are very big and are very well isolated. The staff is very nice and are ready to help.
the breakfast could be improved. A simple espresso is charged separately (which is not normal in Portugal....) I am staying at this hotel since 2013 and I can feel that the internet is getting worts. Download at 0.30mbps, which make the navigation impossible...
In general the Hotel is ok. Only if you have to visit the centre of Oporto is a little bit far away, but there is bus around 200 meters from the Hotel away.
The breakfast is ok, but could be better.
It was very good value for money , and easy access to the city and the airport on the metro.
Great different restaurants and bars around the hotel.
Excellent hotel. Convenient transportation to downtown.
Only one key per room
We were treated so well by staff who gave us fantastic travel advice in where to go next in Portugal.
A very nice hotel, off center but very good in everything else. Big rooms with a small kitchnete. In a quite and nice residencial area. Better have a car to visit Oporto but there is a metro station across the street, near hospital de São João.
Oporto hotels are charging breakfast. The same with Eurostars. Not a great idea because it is not usual in Portugal. But you can have breakfast in a nice café near the hotel.
Kitchenette, proximity to transport links to Porto. Good indoor, easy to access parking.
Having completed the booking in process we were handed one (plastic) key. I asked for a second key and was told it is hotel policy to issue only one key per room. I said this was nonsense whereupon I was promptly handed a second key. The bed had a rubber sheet which made it uncomfortably hot and caused the bottom sheet to bunch up.
Great and spacy rooms. Easy to public transport.
Last stop on the 15-minute Metro ride to Porto Centro; beautiful spacious room, equipped with microwave and refrigerator
Poor WiFi connection, more expensive than other hotels I have been staying in, but a notch above in quality
Everytime i come to Porto, I stay in this place. The rooms are super large and equipped with a small kitchnet. The staff is great as well.
is not the first time that the WiFi service doesn't work properly. This time, I could not even get connected. staff informed that the system has limitation of amount of users connected....
Easy access to town centre via tram system. Good parking. Cleanliness.
Bar staff also have to prepare food. Not fair on them or customers.
Excellent location at 2 minutes from metro
Generous Size of room and very quiet location .
The knobs on the kitchen cupboards were too small to grip
Wifi is very fast
Far from City center and book an apartment room but need to pay additional Eur 8 to use the kitchen
The front desk staff was a "WOW" young adults with a fantastic customer service attitude. We stayed an extra night because of the service that was rendered to us. The front desk young lady (sorry, forgot her name, brunet about 5' 2" wore glasses) I called her "professora" had a super sense of humor.
