The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The receptionists were particularly helpful and able to advise on where to go, what to see, where to dine. It was lovely to have a terrace to sit on int the centre of a city. The car park was also an important bonus. Bar service was usually, but not always readily available. |

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful, recommending different options for our visit. Breakfast offered lots of choices. Having a garage on the premises was good. |

The staff were great. And we got upgraded to the romantic getaway package... Which was nice. But thats about it. The rest of the hotel was very much what we would expect any semi luxurious city hotel. |

The location was excellent (close to everything but still far enough to have your peace). Hotel staff very helpful and nice (like most of the cases in Portugal). Nice room, we liked the style. |

Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the cafe for light lunch. Also, we had dinner there twice and enjoyed it. A nice buzz in it, very relaxing and pleasant staff all over the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was excellent, just let down a bit by the shower. |

The hotel had very good sound insulation in the room, I couldn't hear noise from hallways or other rooms. The breakfast hall is very nice and had good variety of food. |

Eurostart des Artes is located in the centre of Porto. The streets surroundig the hotel are filled with nice arty boutiques. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and is perfect to stay in during a weekend trip to Porto or a business trip |

The Hotel looks amazing. It is a typical Portuguese building completly renovated and modern. The value for money is very good for a 4* Hotel. You have to pay for parking but that is normal in Europe. |

Pleasant, comfortable and "clean" design. Cleanliness overall. Very good location:outside of old city center, but within walking distance. Or quick and inexpensive taxi ride. Hotel has no restaurant for lunch oer dinner; but several quite good restaurants in radius of 300 meters.Reception staff very helpful for indicating such restsurants, calling taxis, etc. At breakfast, only 2 attendants out of 5-6 did really knew their job and delivered good service.The others seemed to be apprentices not really knowing what to do and how to do it best. Otherwise, breakfast premises were quite nice and choice of food and beverages was very good. |

Very well presented rooms, modern and comfortable. Excellent front desk. Not an ideal area but a convenient location. Room service limited, but very good at what they did. Breakfast hot food, not so hot! |
