Nice, clean room. Eggs and bacon at breakfast were only luke-warm, but this was more than compensated by the excellent coffee. Beds are very hard, but we nevertheless had a good sleep. |

We have been very, very satisfied: Modern, clean rooms, very nice and helpful personnel, great buffet breakfast, free internet via cabel at the rooms. Just one small thing that has also been mentioned by other travellers: The Bar opens only at 07:00pm and there is no possibility to order café etc. between breakfast and bar opening. |

My sta at Eurostar das Artes was very pleasant. The staff was always very atentious, the room was confortable and the breakfast delicious! I definitely recomended it! |

Jao, who greeted us, was welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We liked the location, even though it was a bit of a hike to centro. A group partied quite loudly until early morning during the last night of our stay. |

Excellent friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Room was nice, don't expect a great view as its on a fairly narrow street. Fairly central location, easy enough to walk to the main areas if you don't mind some hills - taxis are cheap Beds a bit hard but that was the same at the other hotel we stayed in. Could be a Portuguese thing?? |

Staff were excellent and the hotel very pretty. Would recommend to others who are visiting Porto to try it The location was a little unusual but easily reached by bus, tram or taxi or by foot from metro a bit of a hike |

We had a lovely room. For a small premium, we had booked the romantic room and loved the champagne and the fruits waiting for us upon check in. It would be good if they could have wi-fi all over the hotel instead of using cables. Travelling by public transportion, location is a bit close to the railway station (by taxi), a bit far from the metro / tram station, and a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre of the city. |

Very helpful staff during the vulcano problems with the airplanes. They found and booked an alternative flight for me and were with me very disappointed when this flight was cancelled as well. I could stay an extra night at the hotel at a very reasonable price. |

The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. It was also excellent value for money. The hotel is a little way away from anything worth seeing in Porto. |
