新館は建設されて間もないようで、建物や部屋の施設がすべて新しくかつ清潔で快適に過ごせました。また、駐車場も完備されていて、車による旅行客には最適です。 |

スタッフがとても親切で、いろんな相談に気軽に応じてくれた。教えてくれたホテルすぐ近くのレストラン（食堂?)も安くて美味しかった！ポートワイン協会が経営しているバーまでも徒歩10分程度だったので、ラッキーだった。部屋も非常に清潔で広め。 やや場所がわかりにくいのと、やや中心地まで歩くかなという程度。 |

Very well presented rooms, modern and comfortable. Excellent front desk. Not an ideal area but a convenient location. Room service limited, but very good at what they did. Breakfast hot food, not so hot! |

Modern, clean and very well equipped rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Good location (10 minutes walk to the city center, 20 minutes to the river) No spa / gym facilities. |

Great location, spacious bathroom and room. Very clean. Tastefully furnished. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful. We were recommended by one of the reception staff that breakfast was really good. On the 3 mornings we had breakfast, the food wasn't replenished promptly. We always had to wait and in fact one morning had to ask one of the staff to replenish some dishes. We thought the breakfast staff were generally unprofessional. |

Staff courtesy, location, room space, bed comfort (they have a menu of great pillows) No iron in the room. We like hotels where we can iron in the room, sometimes we realize in the last minute the shirt we want to use needs ironing and there´s no time to ask for the service. |

Clean room and good, quick service when we reported two issues with our bathroom (no shampoo and faulty shower). Friendly, helpful staff on reception and bar. The hotel is split into two wings only connected at ground floor level. Checked in and then parked car in Hotel car park. Took lift to third floor to find room 322 but room numbers stopped at 318. We had to go back to reception and get a different lift to our room. 'Hot' breakfast buffet was dire, though fruit and cold selection was adequate. |

very close to every thing in the city by walking the high rate for the room ,even if it is very good hotel, the price was too high,I paid 140 euro per night!!! |

even though we were double-booked the first night, the hotel staff made good arrangements and provided compensation in terms of a room upgrade and included breakfast - this was very pleasant. |

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful. They recommended an excellent neighborhood restaurant not listed in guidebooks. Internet access is free but occasionally you must wait. Bountiful breakfast. |

Good location of the hotel. The room was very clean and quite, the breakfast (buffet) excellent with a large choice. The staff at the reception was really helpful and nice. I would definitely recommand this hotel. |

Staff was excelent at the reception desk and properly informed about Porto. Breakfast buffet should be kept full. Some plates were left empty 1 hr before closing time. Also free parking since there is available space! 10€ a day is expensive. |

We particularly enjoyed the view of the garden from the link corridor and the dining room. Perhaps could have been closer to the central historic area. |

The atmosphere here made a very pleasant stay for us. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially the ladies. Our room was ready on arrival even tho it was about 11 am and this made for a good start. |
