Eigentlich gar nichts.

Zimmer veraltet und dreckig, Bettwäsche verschmutzt, Zustand des gesamten Hotels veraltet, Preis - Leistung steht in keiner Relation. Für das Angebot und die Leistung weit überteuert.

Swimming pool und andere Freizeteinrichtungen im Hotel

My wife and I frequent Eurotel at Tavira nearly every month except during the summer where we use our boat instead. This hotel is being refurbished and our last visit in March proved rather interesting as there were only five other guests enjoying the break. We never saw any workmen or heard banging or other annoying noises so we just felt very much as other time with the exception that most evenings we were alone for dinner and enjoyed the attention of the staff through-out the meal! The only thing that we found not so comfortable were the beds!

Exellent location freindly staff allround great

This is outrageous - you owe me over 180 euros and not yet transferred to my card. By your fault we had to leave the hotel three days earlier, because of the end of the season. But when you withdraw money from my card, did you know that you will close the season? Is not it odd that 10 days before arriving in Portugal, you were already downloaded the money for 5 nights and welcomed us with “news” that should close season on 31October. Please in the fastest way to be paid my money for missed nights in your hotel. Ekaterina Tchamourliyska

Staff were very friendly, and there was a cozy and familiar atmosphere which made you feel like you've been there before. The rooms are huge, pretty comfortable, clean, and breakfast is excellent.Great value for your money!

Hotel looks like something out of 1981 - a trip back in time. The restaurant only serves buffet dinner, and doesn't offer any other meals that you can chose from outside dinner/lunch times. People staying in the hotel are mostly older than 70 (senior tourism), so the place might not be so good for single people. Also, the hotel is quite far from beech and town, so you have to spend money travelling back and forth.

Excellent value hospitable, clean, maid service very very good responded to requests promptly. All in all very enjoyable holiday and we were in a room near our friends as we requested.

Toaster was useless at breakfast!

Having read mixed reviews on the Eurohotel, I was a little apprehensive. This proved to be completely unfounded. The room was one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean, really large, with loads of storage, a fridge, a seating area with sofa and chairs as well as balcony. We actually liked the firm beds. The bathroom was a good size with bath and shower over, lots of handy shelves and plenty of hot water available at all times.Towels & linens were changed often. The pool area was lovely - the photos do not do it justice. Breakfasts were excellent, with hot & cold buffets, fruit and a great variety of bread, rolls and pastries and good coffee and other drinks. Optional Evening meals weren't gourmet, but decent fare and very resonably priced as they were available at half- board rate on a daily basis. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The value for money was phenominal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.

On the last few days of our 10 day stay we were invaded by two coachloads of OAPs, which meant the restaurant was a bit crowded at breakfast time, but the staff coped brilliantly and the food was replenished immediately, so there was always enough to go round.(I Believe these holdays are state-subsidised and these old dears certainly make the best of it, bless them, and why not?). We liked to eat onthe terrace outside, anyway. This also meant evening meals were a bit of a no-go area, but there is a lovely little restaurant (Ana's) a 5 minute walk away and really good value. So we did not find this a problem, but there were others who moaned.

Easy to locate with good car parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. Now stayed several times,just for one night one way back to Faro from the north.

The Hotel is a little dated but in general ok, there was no lift on the Sunday night when we arrived and it was not repaired till Monday, this is quite unacceptable as the dinig room was 3 floors up.,The breakfast was excellent and the staff very good, it is a long way from the beach We enjoyed our three days there and would probably stay again

the lift was not in working order and was not repaired till the day after.we life in Spain and if our lift is broken the engineers are our chooses what time of day INCLUDING SUNDAYS

Cleanliness of my room

Very good buffet breakfast in dining room with nice views. The pool was a good size with plenty of sun loungers. Plenty of free car spaces. Bar prices are reasonable. Rooms were clean. Overall if you ignore the dated veneer plywood furniture it represents good value

The location is such that you need a car to stay here. I chose the hotel because it was supposed to have free wifi- it doesn'T. As other guests have stated the furniture is pretty awful, but our bathroom was modern
