It was pleasant, quiet and we could visist other places easily. Lovely view from our balcony. It was nearly too quiet, and the pool wasnt very clean, and the area was a bit yeuk there. |

This Hotel is excellent in every possible way, The staff on reception and restuarant very pleasant and helpful . Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean.The rooftop swimming pool is very inviting and relaxing.The hotel is ideally situated for all amenities. |

Very easy check in and check out. Lovely location and lovely reception area. The family room is good as you can section it off with a sliding door and there are two bathrooms. Good breakfast and nice pool on the roof. The air conditioner was a bit noisy and we had to wait for our room to be cleaned even though we checked in after 2pm but it was about 3pm so that is fair enough |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is in an ideal location within 10 mins from airport and a few minutes walk to the train station. Hotel very contemporary, glass doors to bathroom which I did not like. The bath had a hole in it and there was water seeping on the floor, I reported this when I checked out. Restaurant on 5th floor which I found to be strange. The hotel was over priced, expected luxurious surroundings for the price. |

The hotel was beautiful, the view magnificent, especially from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. The luxury double room we stayed in was very comfortable and stylish with a fantastic bathroom/dressing room. Faro was quieter than I had imagined, but there are good bus and train connections to livlier towns close by. |

good location..good breakfast...nice bar and lobby area check in was a long process and I was charged on check in with invoice prodced..strange of i want to add extras..1st time ever at a hotel to be charged on check in..asked receptionist to prurchase internet wifi voucher for a 24hr and she proceed to give me one for 1hour ..changed on request..lack of private parking... |

The location next to the marina is very nice; convenient to the airport at Faro. The room we were assigned was the noisiest room we have every experienced in all of our years of travel! There was a party going on in the street, right below our window, which lasted all night long. We didn't sleep a wink. When I complained, the hotel staff merely shrugged their shoulders and didn't even offer an apology. I plan to write a formal complaint to the hotel. |

We had a room with a sea view which was beautiful. I really liked their gym and the variety of aerobics classes that I was able to do. The choice & of the food for breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool wasn't cleaned. It was early in the season but hot enough that I would have used the pool if it was clean. There were cigarette butts, black plastic and a dead bird in it. |

We liked to explore the town of Faro itself and other places of interest in the Algarve using public transport . Churches were of particular interest , also restaurants serving local dishes. the room was very small , much too small for two people .It also lacked facilities such as tea / coffee maker . Did nt think it was 4 star quality . |
