Läget. Svimmungpoolen på taket. Renlighet i entren. Att man blev tilldelat ett rum utan att receptionisten frågade efter önskemål (t.ex. första eller fjärde våningen? .... ). |

Great location: fantastic view of the marina and city, and adjoins the bus station. A concierge would have been an added benefit; or at least someone to assist with tourist information. |

The service was very good and eating breakfast while overlooking the marina was very civilised Older receptionists need a bit of training in being pleasant, while the younger staff were very helpful |

the view, the cleanliness, the courtesy of the staff, the location yes- we had dinner in the restaurant on Weds. night. We ordered grilled cod fish. It was the worst fish we've ever had- so salty we couldn't eat it- and we had to pay for it!!! The view was very nice and the restaurant even classy but the food very bad (was the chef even in the kitchen that night?!!) |
