Location of Hotel, easy and cheap to get to from airport (take local "Eva" bus from outside terminal, terminus is on same block as hotel, and 5 minutes from railway station), comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection The staff could be more helpful, it would be useful to know when booking if the room has a harbour view |

The view over the marina was excellent and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The noise from outside the hotel ( at one point there were loud speakers with booming music playing until midnight) The staff were not very friendly. |

Room service, cable tv and the breakfast buffet was to die for! I felt like a second class citizen. The hotel was geared up for business guests and conferences etc and neglected the holiday guests somewhat. The pool did not reflect a 4* hotel, it was badly maintained as it was a holiday guest thing. There should be a few warnings about the fact that it is next to the railway station, has a bus station below it the flight path is overhead. |

Good location.Ideal place to stop over after late or before early flights. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast started at 5am and went on until 10.30 and selection was good. |

The beautiful view from the room...magnificent...the lobby was lovely, the pool area was nice, breakfast was all you could eat, nice. the location was great.shops restaurants etc near by, hotel not far from the airport , max 10 mins. staff pleasant, woudl definetly stay again lifts very small |

Good location, everything was in order and price was reasonable. Staff is cold, totally ignoring the guests' presence and demands as far as they can. The general policy of the hotel is to consider guests suspicious of everything (you do not even have a direct access to the mini bar and are controlled with your room number before and after using a towel in the pool). Lifts are usually busy (stars are only available for emergency). No parking facilities. |
