To get into the room you had to step past the door and then close it behind you. The room was tiny.

Good buffet breakfast. Good location. Simple set up.

The shower curtain! Almost flooded the room...

It´s quite central, the building is really nice and the breakfast is simple but nice...

No parking for the car and no wireless in the rooms

The location was perfect, the breakfast was great with fresh fruit. The hotel was a cosy, traditional style one, with clean rooms.

The staff, not all of them, although were polite, they weren't so pleasant. We would prefer to be more smily

Helpfull staff with good english skills.

The AC. They where so old, slow and didnt produce any cold air. A fan would have done a better job.

Breakfast was extravagant and delicious!! Staff were very helpful

Didn't have a hairdryer. One at the desk but it was lent out when I asked late. My hair worked out OK anyway.

Right in the heart of Lisbon and only a short walk from the Avenida Metro station, so quick links to the rest of town and the airport and a short stroll to the main central area. The Saint Anthony day parade on Thursday evening went right past the front door. Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful and happy to talk to you. Good wifi in reception area. Cleaning done very well - there were no hangers for my trousers but these were supplied quickly when I asked.

Would have liked wifi in the bedroom. The bedroom only had hanging storage in a cupboard and I could have done with some more storage, especially drawers for socks, underwear, shirts etc. It would have been nice if there were some tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom or else a dispenser in the reception.

Wonderfully located to access all sights! Staff were always terrifically helpful! Super breakfast with attentive support during the meal! On request we were able to get a hair dryer.

At times the traffic noise prevented us from keeping the window open.

Great breakfast. Excellent service by staff.

Third floor rooms tend to be tiny and slanted ceilings make it even smaller.

I loved the location, it was very central and close to a metro station which was ideal for me. The room was clean and I loved the décor of the whole hotel. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good breakfast, and nice staff. Nothing to get overly excited about, except for the cuteness of the interior and location of the hotel - far away from center where you feel safe, but close enough where you can walk to attractions and back easily (10 min.) Also close to the buses that can take you to Belem.

Our room in particular was very uncomfortable. We were on the third floor that had a sloping ceiling you had to duck in half the room, which gets frustrating. AC didn't work either. Might just have been our room - avoid 301!

I would say location but there are other nicer hotels in the area, dont stay in this one. Diria ubicacion pero la verdad hay mejores hoteles en el area. No se queden aqui

Should be called never ever Lisboa City Hotel. The worst hotel ive ever been!!! This is not a hotel is an expensive hostel, the room was freezing and the heater wasnt working, we asked an extra blanket they didnt have, we had an important event and they didnt have a hair dryer or an iron, the wifi was super poor and only in the lobby sometimes cos it was disconecting all the time. And you can hear everything from other rooms, specially from the ones up. The worst hotel ever, there are other hotels in the same avenue nicer and with same price and even cheaper.

The house itself is stilish and nice situated at the main avenue. I liked the breakfast and the breakfast-room. The hotel rooms are very simple and basic but nicely designed to make you feel comfortable.

The hotel is just little bit far from Chiado, Baixa and Alfama. You can still reach everything by foot and Aliados is the main avenue of the city but as a tourist you usually go also to more caracteristic parts of the town. Some room have backyard or inyard "wiew" and the little but still quite unpleasent detail for us was when istead of twin room we got nice room but with two beds put together and with just one set of bedlines and one blanket. The 2 elevators are rather small. You have to be careful to close always the door after you or you block them totaly.

    Nice and helpful staff.

Wi-Fi not available in the rooms, only at the lobby. Windows are not double glazed.
