Good buffet breakfast. Excellent location for public transportation.

Room was on a very busy street, the Rua Braancamp. Only one electrical outlet for the whole room. Almost no furniture.

We had great luck to have room on the top floor - this is why we are giving so many compliments. Our stay was amazing as we had light and wind and view through the window. The panorama of the city was in front and the amazing park for walking and joging just 2 minutes behind. Amazing location!

But 1st night after arrival we stayed in the other room and it was the most creepiest experience ever. When we opened the window to get some light we experienced there is no window - the wall was in front of our eyes. And most rooms are like this. So you have to be very lucky to get that amazing room on the top floor.

Everythings ok, people are nice, rooms are comfortable and clean, bar is great.... Stuff is very nice especialy gentlemen from reception Pedro.

The hotel is modern and confortable, very clean and good allocation, the staff is very nice, and I think if I come back to Lisbon will choose this hotel again.

The breakfast is good but a bit poor, not too much to choose. And the room only has 2 plugs not sufficient.

The room was spacious and well designed (3 bed room). Although facing to the street, it was quiet when windows shut, but there was a window to the back, so you could sleep quietly and still have fresh air. Personnel at reception was good English spoken and very helpfull in all matters - I stood there for 10 days. Breakfast was adequate. Location directly at Metro-Station in the City Center. Hotel is 100% recommendable.

We booked this room particularly for the third bed in teh room for our son.

The breakfast buffet is mediocre

The interior decoration is professional, magazine worthy. Free WiFi Free breakfast that included eggs Offers overnight rooms that sleep multiple people (friends traveling together). Overnight rooms are designed to provide some privacy between beds when friends are traveling together. Same would apply if a family shared 1 room.

1. The bed mattress is not of the highest quality. I could feel the coil springs. 2. Because friends stayed in the same room, the front desk would not split the room charge on multiple credit cards, only one.

Staff were nice. Room was big enough, not too small for one person. It takes about 15 min walk to the immediate centre of the city. From the airport you can take bus # 22 or Aerobus and the bus stops are almost next to the hotel, #22 bus stop closer.

The soundproof is poor between rooms, so hope you'll have a quiet neighbour. And because there's no heating in toilet, it might be chilly place to visit.

The staff, location, and outside appearance are all excellent.

Well for one the breakfast was very bad the bacon was day in and day out plastic ... Two whoever designed the shower should be shot, they leak water everywhere after one shower alone ... I asked the hotel about it and they told me that it was a design flaw most rooms have the same issue. So we stayed with a flooded bathroom most of the trip after two people take showers. Three the WiFi was VERY bad ... even as I was leaving I went to the lobby and was having issues, the clerk noticed and told me 'oh if you are having troubles it is the whole area is bad for wifi ...' yet there was only one wifi available, so over crowding of the spectrum didnt seem like an issue. Really just wasnt worth the price paid. Looks are great but thats it.

Situated in central place, easy to reach metro, staff were friendly & helpful in giving information. In fact they gave us a big triple room for us as we reached late in the night. Neo interior design. Breakfast was adequate, with scrambled eggs, ham etc for non veg, fruits, coffee, vegetables, bread, cake, cereals, cut fruits, yoghurt etc

Bathroom was smelly. They gave tap water for drinking during breakfast.
