The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel room was too large for a single person. The breakfast is good

We stayed four nights here,all the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent value for money, room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We were worried as some of the reviews said the bathrooms flooded, but ours was fine and the shower one of the best we had used. also good powerful hairdryer compared to most hotels. Breakfast was good with lots of choice of fresh produce. It was only short walk to main tourist areas with plenty of restaurants nearby, Also very convenient for Metro and buses including the airport bus,. If visiting again would definitely stay here.

There was a lack of storage space in the room , just one small wardrobe and no drawers. fine for just one night .

We paid €55 for the one night we stayed in Lisbon. For this price hotel was fantastic. Small but clean rooms. Walking distance to the many attractions and metro was 2 min away. Fast wi-fi.

Location, friendly and helpful receptionists.

The restaurant wasn't open so we couldn't eat dinner there. In the bath cabin there was no place to put the lotion or anything not even a small hole and also there was no place to put the towel after using the sink.

Excellent reception -- Victor was extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants, and phoned to book them and cabs. The breakfast is described as "continental" in the hotel's description -- however, it was a delicious hot and cold buffet. I suggest the description be updated. The bedroom and en-suite were fine. We were pleased that there were no horrible, typical "hotel-style" artworks!

We really did not like the intrusive lift muzak. We were disappointed to return at 12.45 on Saturday night to find that the bar had been closed at midnight. This is very unusual. Three other people returned at the same time as us, also expecting a last drink at the bar. Those five missed sales would have made it worth keeping the bar open on their own!

Adequate and affordable for our short stay.

We caught the aerobus from the airport but found that the hotel information, printed off the internet, did not list the bus stop we needed to disembark. Consequently we had a long walk bag with our baggage to find the hotel.

Our room was quite large, excellent shower, flat screen TV's, free Wi-fi worked throughout the hotel, breakfast was excellent (lots of choices), front desk staff very helpful!

There was a small lounge next to the dining room and it still allows smoking and you only needed one smoker to be there and you could smell it in the dining room, by the elevators and front desk area. It would be good to kick them all outside like most other countries now do.

Good location: Just a 15 minute walk to Baixa and only 100 meters from the nearest metro stop. Friendly, helpful staff. Good, filling breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel,staff were very helpful & breakfast was good. The room was clean & very comfortable bed & big walk in shower.

The rooms are confortable. Everything looks quite new. The bathroom is clean and has a big shower. The breakfast is ok and run until 10. I was suprisingly happy by this hotel since it has mixed reviews and only 3 stars.

The hotel is great but the staff need a serious costumer service training. Don't even bother asking any member of the staff for advice, suggestion or information about the city. They are completely clueless and quite rude.

Nice design, comfortable beds, quiet rooms.

Wet feet all the time due to leaking shower and toilet, mirror at very unhandy place.
