room was depressing with no view

We were in the hotel twice. The rooms are large, king size beds, rich and fresh breakfast. Very helpful staff. Perfect location- just in 2 minutes from metro station Marques de Pombal and hop on hop off busses. Free wifi. Огромни стаи и легла, богата и прясна закуска. Само на 2 минути пеша от метро станция Marques de Pombal и туристическите автобуси. Персоналът беше много отзивчив и ни даде полезни напътствия за достигане на различни точки от Португалия и Лисабон. No window view in our rooms (it was a very close wall and you see a small part of the sky), it is OK when you don't stay much in the hotel. One of the rooms had a mold on the bathroom ceiling. Only one wall-plug, it is difficult to recharge 2 or 3 devices at the same time. The wireless had bad coverige in the rooms, in the lobby was ok. Само един контакт в стаята и е трудно да се заредят няколко устройства наведнъж. Интернет връзката беше много лоша в стаите, но в коридора и лобито все пак беше добре и го има.

I was in a very small attic room on the 8th floor with a roof-window that only could be opened by climbing onto the bed. For the amount I paid, I slept on other occasions in a better hotel in Lisbon.

Excellent city location. Very close to the Metro. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Dark room, lots of apparent lighting but every where was dull. Breakfast area was crowded and squashed. We did not like having to share our breakfast table with others.

Roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Lack of ventilation in bathroom. Limited restaurant facilities at night.

We liked the location, the room size, the breakfast buffet and the staff.

There was some mold/mildew on the ceiling of the shower. It seems whenever we book a room through an online booking site the hotel generally puts you in an unfavorable location. We had a very small window (with now view except a concrete corridor) which did not let much air in and was noisy in the morning when left open. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work really well so it was rather warm in the room.

Adrei on evening reception duty was particularly kind and helpful. He sorted out a credit card issue with good humour and provided tips for tram rides and an excellent first night restaurant recommendation. The rooms, particularly the Creative Doubles, were excellent value having a double bed and a separate single in a separate sitting area. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the location was excellent for the Metro.

The hotel bar closed at 11pm.

A good location, in a nice part of town and on bus and metro lines to the centre and tourist sites. Helpful staff and a good bar. Handy to have a restaurant on site, as I did not find many restaurants near by. Wonderfully comfortable bed and lovely linen.

Very dark passages, with the automatic lighting a bit slow to respond.

Accessability to transportation, the bartender was very friendly, courteous, all staff very informative and helpful. The end room was pleasant because of natural lighting,

The lighting is very poor, we nearly ran out of toilet paper, wash clothes would have been appreciated,

thew location to explor the city is excellent. the staf do their best to help. very good transportation near by.

Staff were great. Close to metro and bus. Very easy stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the batman in the evening (Marcello??) who was welcoming and charming. Our 8 year old daughter loved him! The location of the hotel was perfect for us too. Great breakfasts.

If we had to pick a fault, our triple room could have done with more storage for our things, a few hooks on doors for coats etc and a bigger bathroom. We still loved the room though - very spacious.

Partition between main bed and sofa bed. Location. Breakfast. One young male receptionist willing to give a advise about the city and it helped a lot!

One waiter didn't seemed to like to serve foregin tourist.

Good and clean room with nice view. Good breakfast. Good place in the city, near the historical centre.

The sounds from another rooms can be heard perfectly, even when someone in another room just wash the hands. We couldn't sleep last night because some people were talking and laughing in the room next to ours.
