horrible bathroom with only hot or cold water

nice hotel, located in the heart of the city.

Near metro station.

Very noisy: it was hard to sleep because there was always people talking loud in the corridors.

Close to public transportation and Metro

The bathroom attached to room could use newer plumbing devices.

2 minutes to the metro station and then is just 1 change to the airport

Rooms need to be renovated, very old furniture. Also doors, windows and walls are in a vary bad state. Empty mini-bar and the fridge was dirty and stinky. Very small room, especially the bathroom.There is only the sink, no shelf to put your toilet belongins.Shower sink was blocked. Breakfast buffet poor. Internet 3€ for 1/2 hour!!!

Location v good & facilities good. Breakfast included was a bonus.

Wi fi was limited to the bar, shd be hotel wide.

The location is really good. The hotel can be easily reached by Aerobus from the airport and a metro station is just around the corner. The room was cleaned every day.

The staff is absolutely friendly and helpfull. Good value for money. Good location.

Cet hôtel est très bien placé dans la ville de Lisbonne, à proximité de nombreuses lignes d'autobus, d'une station de métro et du point de départ des bus Citysightseeing. Si je devais retourner à Lisbonne, je choisirais cet hôtel.

Je n'ai rien à dire car il n'y a rien de négatif.

удобное расположение, ненавязчивый персонал, достаточно тихо и спокойно спать, нормальный отель за умеренную плату на несколько ночей.

душ неудобный, вода из душа попадает на пол, можно залить нижних постояльцев.завтраки скромные...кофе невкусный

Mauvaise insonirisation des fenêtres

Une très bonne literie, la chambre était très propre, ce qui est appréciable. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Lisbonne, il n'y a qu'à longer la belle Avenue de la Liberté pour se retrouver dans le centre en 10 minutes.Il est en outre très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Notre seul soucis fut un manque d'eau chaude le matin.

Ao chegar ao hotel havia overbooking e tudo já estava uma confusão e para minha surpresa apesar de meu quarto estar garantido, minha reserva que era para 3 pessoas só foi efectuada para 2 pessoas e a solução foi me transferir para uma outra pousada. Muito desorganizado. Não recomendo

Personnel ( petit déjeuner ) très désagréable, la vue de la chambre ( 512 ) sur un mur de béton , les portes des ascenseurs très bruyante ( pas de freine portes ) et nos bagages dans une pièces en attente pas fermée à cléf

Un hotel centrico necesitaria un poco de reforma pues esta algo anticuado, pero para un par de noches perfecto.

La insonorizacion muy mala pues se oia todo lo que pasaba en los pasillos y encima nos toco un gupo de estudiantes Españoles que solo daban guerra por la noche.

nous avions une chambre immense avec 4 lits idéale pour un séjour avec 2 enfants, emplacement idéale.

Dommage que le plafond de la chambre était en trés mauvais état et le petit déjeuner trés simple

Ecelente custo beneficio. Boa localização, atendimento, limpeza e cafe da manha.
