Nice room, good breakfast, possible to eat outside on the terrace if you were eating before 9. Nice hotel, nothing special, no bar or restaurant. There were 2 restaurants just outside the door, if you could walk a bit more - of course more. |

modern decoration, cleanliness was great, kingsize bed, lcd tv with plenty of channels to pick from, friendly and helpfull staff. parking no view, buffet was nothing to brag about, only has one lift and can take a while to get into during peak hour... like breakfast or checkout time |

The area around the hotel was quiet, the rooms were kept to a high standard & the staff were helpfull. During our stay there was no bar or restaurant with no notice or explanation. |

Good quiet location, close to center. Good size comfortable room wiht interesting decor. Clean. Frendly, helpful staff. Good internet. Good breakfast. Rather more illumination in the room (at evning in room was very dark). |

Good location, next to Eduardo VII Park and El Corte Inglez, as well metro station. Silent area, good restaurants around. Beatifull inside, with marble and well designed forniture. Should be re-evaluated for a 4 stars. |

A different area of Lisbon allowing a different perspective from previous visits - Gulbenkian Museum, Parque etc. Reasonable access to centre via convenient metro. A little too far far for walking access to centre despite above comment. |

The bathroom was excellent, the room very clean, the bed very comfortable. The room was quite, well equipped although the furniture and decoration a bit out of fashion. We booked for a romantic night with an offer f a bottle of sparking wine and a basket of fruits. After arrival I asked for the "surprise" and the person on duty at the reception kindly ensured that it will be put into our room in the evening. We came home at 11 p.m. but still nothing was there. I had to ask again and finally, at 11:30 the waiter came into our room with the promised presents. Although the wine was excellent it was too late to enjoy it after all this disappointment. I read in the booking.com feedback that several people had the same experience in this hotel so I was really curious about this romantic offer. It seems that it is a usual policy of the hotel to keep forgetting this. Is it really worth for them? |

Size of the double room was good. Cleanliness of room. Location by restaurants and local shops. The triple size room booked for parents and friend was too small when additional bed was added. There was not enough staff on for the breakfast times and this caused tables not being cleared fast enough or enough dinning equipment available. Bacon ran out after 9am Sunday? |
