Food was extremely bad when was asked room service, Quality of linen bad, Most staff members did not know english well. A bit noisy especially with newcomers (I stayed for a week) |

Good size room and bathroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was good for this class of hotel. There is not enough capacity in the lift during busy periods. |

Very nice and clean room. The breakfast was pretty good, hotel near a lot of restaurants. The only thing I didn`t excpected was that they don`t have an iron in the room, but I thing it`s a European thing because I went to another hotel in Rio Douro and they didn`t have iron either. |
