Really helpful and friendly staff. "Towels on sun beds brigade" are alive and as selfish as ever but there were so many sun beds available they did not have too much impact!

The staff were great very friendly and helpful. The hotel food was very nice and lots of choice.

Not many english tv channels.

The Staff were so friendly and very welcoming. The indoor and outdoor pools were extremely clean and well looked after. I stayed Half-Board and the food was just excellent! The hotel is in a quiet location and perfect for a relaxing get away.

Great location for getting around, super staff always willing to help, great for relxing and exploring the area.

Luxury with bargain price! Free wifi in room! Great buffet breakfast and dinner! Very friendly staff! Peaceful place away from city Centre yet have many shops nearby.

A car is preferable to explore around.

Standard bedroom a liitle small. Jams, marmalade, coffee at breakfat could be of better quality.

Clean rooms, nice pool

A bit of a trek to the beach. The food was below average with tinned fruit, which I thought was below par for a 4 star hotel

The food is lovely, very wide variety every day. Very quiet. And very clean. Fantastic pool.

Poorly located "Thomson Gold" hotel. But It is what is says

The room that we stayed in would benefit from an uplift in the bedroom and bathroom

A bit too far from Albufeira. A lot of the guests were elderly retired couples.

The location is great. It's very quiet and when you need more animatiom, Albufeira is just 7 miles away.

Personeel vriendelijk & heel attent, ook deftig voorkomen. Ruime kamer, nette badkamer. Ontbijt zeer goed & uitgebreid. Lekker fruitsap, zelfs prosecco! Avondeten ook gevarieerd. Mooie tuin & zwembad. Busje brengt je naar het strand. Animatie 's avonds. 90% engelse bezetting.

Auto nodig, ligt buiten centrum en strand. Vis altijd uitgebakken, spijtig!!!

The staff, the quality of the food.

The restaurant buffet is a bit canteen-ish. People reserving sunbeds.

We were on a romantic package deal and were upgraded to a superior room adjacent to the outdoor pool and overlooking the beautiful grounds. The food was excellent. We used the indoor pool on a few occasions and this is an excellent facility.

Location of hotel is not close to the old town of Albufeira.

Relaxed atmosphere amongst mature people; no children! Peace & quiet. Pleasant staff. Location to village with shops/restaurants is an easy walk. Transfer to hotel is quick and reception staff were excellent to facilitate our check-in process, so we wasted no time to get to the sun/pool etc!

Poor location not on bus routes taxis hard to get at nite time. Entertainment definitely definitly needs bucking up.

The staff are amazing. Very helpfull. The gardens and all area next to the hotel is very nice. A very nice hotel just to stay in the swimming pool.

The internet signal in our bedroom was so bad, that I could never had access. In order to have access to the fridge you need to pay extra, what for me was strange in a 4 stars hotel, and in Algarve it's quaite important to have fridge in the bedroom. To whom who doesn't have car the hotel is far for everything... beach, city, etc. The bedroom just had one plug in. In the first night we had to plug in two devices, so we had to turn off the television... The hotel is very focus in foreigh people.

So many oranges for sale on every street corner why can they not make fresh orange juice for breakfast

Extremely friendly staff, rooms very clean and upto date. Pool area was very clean and lovely for a wee dip. Half board option is a must as the food was just brilliant! I highly recommend this hotel!
