Enough room, seated in the centre of the town

We couldn't store our luggage temporarily the last day at the adress that was mentioned in the document. Very noisy

We found hair in the sheets of the beds, the towels were so old that they were ragged, the shower curtain was miserable as well as the bathroom floor and the living room sofa. The apartment have big potencial, but you have to improve the cleanliness aspects and replace the old and damaged furniture.

Location was good Easy to access everything, detailed explanations on the door

Weak wifi signal in the apartment, it is impossible to use it in second floor. No shampoo is provided for taking shower.

Apartment is spacious, high ceiling, comfortable

Pay attention to heating device (air conditioner). Its performance ask for better one.

Everything is so easy - from getting the key, to understanding how everything works in the apt. Very clean. Lovely big wondows. Everything in place (wahsing machine, hair dryer, ironing etc). Internet is fine. Promptitude when it comes to contacting the staff.

It was very cold when I arrived, it took several hours before being able to get the sweater off. One of the rooms was always very cold - especially during the night I felt it.

In general it was a good accomodation. Close to the center, good equipment.

Could be more stuff for the kitchen. Wifi didn't work well, we were losing the connection all the time. The worst thing was the the lack of staff attention. During two nights we had very noisy neighbours from 3am to 6am at the apartment and there was nothing to do with them, even if we complained to them. Nobody from the apartment is taking care about that because there is no reception and no staff, so we couldn't sleep during two nights.

The studio is excellent and there's plenty of space including wardrobes. The best surprise was definitely the balcony facing the river. I was on the third floor and imagine the lower floors may not be so lucky view-wise. The place is clean and light.

The fact that fresh towels could have been offered at least after 2 days. Maybe a small washing mashine is not a bad idea.

I like the location. The apartment was clean and the beds was ok.

We could not access our key card on arrival, even though we had all the codes required. Was helped by staff who were in the staircase when we arrived. Cooking equipment was inadequate. We had not all of the silverwares, there were no wine glasses and each time we heated water in the kettle, the electricity hit out. We tried to ask the staff for more silverware, but she did not understand what we were saying. Given that the house next door to our burned down when we lived there, I recommend that you install a smoke alarm.

Clean and modern (Ikea). Big bright room with three huge double glazed windows. Located next to a great breakfast place.

Two of the single beds are in the main living room, the second bedroom has no window and to get to the bathroom (also no window) you have to go through the second bedroom. Headboards would be a good addition and a bedside table in the second bedroom. The telly only has Portuguese programmes. There's no DVD player which would be handy if you're travelling with children.

I like the fact that it is near town, around 15 minutes walk. Nice lay out of the interior design, very big, clean, nice view and comfortable.

Maybe put more a lock keys from the inside of the appartment front door from inside, because the automatic lock not seems too strong, if add another one from inside it would make me feel more safe to stay there.

It was easy to access. The flat was close froom the city center clean, lot of space, confortable Really nice

We could hear the noise from the others flats. A little bit noisy

Organization was excellent. Every step to get the key for appartment and leaving the key was e-mailed previously. The apartment was specious, comfortable and clean.It was close to everywhere and Cais da Sodre metro station. We walked every where in short time.

The only missing thing was a hair dryer at the apparment.

newly finished room, spacious, clean, n private, I like the concept they manage it, u don't even need to see the staff who is running it. if u have 5-6 ppl rent the top floor apartment, great view!

The appartment was very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom appt with a living room (all with airco), kitchen and bathroom, view on the Taag, Easy location almost down town, perfect for a city trip with 2 or 4 persons.

The cupboards were a bit crooked, the tab in the bathroom was broken off and the shower could only be held by the hand because the holder was lame. Also one of the beds had used sheets (we think)..

The main living space in our apartment (#112) was great - spacious, bright and modern. Ac unit was new and powerful. Comfortable beds, we slept very well. It had good kitchen facilities. The large private patio was a nice surprise and we made sure to use it. It was in a pretty good location, not too far away from Cais do Sodre station which we were using every day. Their automated check-in and check-out worked fine. I'd recommend the place with some reservations, if they can improve things following feedback then definitely.

The bathroom was oddly dark and poorly arranged. There was only one small ceiling light. The shower area was somewhat in the dark - if there were a light in this area there would have been no problem. The other main problem was that the shower-head did not fit well in the wall fixing, and the fixing itself was coming off the wall. We had to hold the shower-head in one hand. It was disappointing not to be able to have a normal shower. So on our first night there was a big cockroach in the bathroom. Pretty awful and surprising as the bathroom was clean and modern like the rest of the apartment. We killed the thing and carried on but we feared to see more of them as you would - fortunately we did not. We emailed the Portugal Ways office about the cockroach and the shower and they sent people round the following day. They tried but did not fix the shower problem as they did not have new parts to do that, and they cleaned the bathroom. Other gripes - we had single beds which could not be connected, we would have preferred a double. A bedside table was missing from one side. You do get some noise from the other apartments and from people up and down stairs, doors slamming etc... They have an office nearby where you could leave luggage after you check out but there was no-one there on both occasions we visited, a very kind chap in an adjoining office helped us out both times.

I like the cleanliess, decor and size of the flat we stayed.

Internet did not work as well as we'd expecyed, very weak signal. The location was not quite in the Bairro alto as advertised. Had problems at the arrival with the keys. Had to wait for more than 2 hours for someone to sort it out and no compensation of any kind was offered i.e. to ckeck out two hours late maybe. The member of the staff who dealt with the problem was not friendly at all. The bathrom was a bit dated and it looked as if we where in another flat. The shower head was loose and the whole bathroom got soak and wet after we had shower, rather annoying.

Very modern, comfortable rooms with great facilities, eg dishwasher. Stones throw away from Cais Do Sodre for the metro, aerobus and other public transport.

Lack of signage on the front door made finding the apartments difficult on the first day.

The apartment was really nice. Good kitchen and balcony. Very lovely.

There is only weekly cleaning, so towels are not changed everyday, as well as garbage, it can pile up. The location is pretty good, but the area is slightly sketchy looking. So for 2 young girls like us travelling it was unsettling at night time.

The apartment was really good, clean and recently renovated. The position was perfect and all main attraction were reachable by walk. The price was really convenient and quality standard above the average
