Apartment was clean, had loads of space, only 10 minutes walk from city centre and main bus/train/ferry station. Kitchen was well equipped, supermarket nearby

The fact there is no staff present has its advantage however, there was no-one to easily contact when something went wrong. The hot tap on our shower was broken on our arrival, and it was dangerous, my Dad scalded his leg as he could not turn down the hot tap when it kept falling off, the fan did not work on the cooker so as we cooked the place filled with steam, and the tv was not tuned in and we could not figure out how to fix it, also, there were no clear instructions on how to work the boiler as was stated with our reservation

The apartment was well located. It was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable.

The shower head was problematic. The TV did not have good reception. There was no phone.

Sight, comfort, independance, position

Very bright. Recently restructered. Near to the city centre. Good restaurants and "pastelarias" in the surroundings.

Kitchen has all the devices you might like (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...). Studio was very nice with the high ceilings.

Internet did not work on arrival, there where already some reviews about this and the acting manager told us the previous guest also complained but he tried to blame it on Vista. After I insisted they fixed it by resetting the router and installed a new access point the day after. Bad neighborhood to park your car (we had a break-in), no parking available. Hard to find, make sure to note the address, there is no sign. Fuse couldn't handle the kitchen equipment (cooking and boiling water)

It's not hotel, it's regular building with apartments for rent. Big room, lot's of light, ikea-style design, air-conditioner, lots of light options. 2 large single beds can be put together, kitchen with almost everything you need for cooking (except food and spices), dishwasher, refrigerator. Well furnished (chairs, sofa, big table). If you don't need regular hotel services - you'll like it. We did :)) Just read the information about check-in carefully!

No parking.

Very clean, contemporary and modern apartment, with great balcony and kitchen facilities, and internet worked well. Great base for our business trip, centrally located, only a few minutes walk to the restaurants of the Barrio Alto. Would recommend.

Only drawback was that the bathroom was adjoining one of the rooms - so I had to go through my friends bedroom to use it.

Location within the city of Lisbon. Nice modern appartment for fair price.

Closing doors give to much noise at night.

It was fairly central to Lisbon city centre and good for public transport. We managed to walk and use public transport all around the city from our apartment.

The area it is situated in is a bit run down and was not pleasant to walk through at night alone.

pillows,internet did not work after 3 days of week stay,no one in residence to contact for problems etc..

The apartment was spacious and modern and there was a good fish and vegetable market nearby. The pastries at the pastelaria down the street were some of the best in Portugal.

The lack of laundry facilities in the apartment, and Lisbon as a whole, made travelling with babies quite challenging. The location of the apartment meant that it took some time to walk to the nicer parts of Lisbon.
