Staff friendly, pretty good central location with good access to the Metro, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast served till late morning(especially welcome after a night sampling Lisbon's busy nightlife!) |

It was easy to find,central,the tourist info guy from the airport just put an x on the map and described how to get there,it is central but not in a crowded area,it is a new buiding so the rooms are not tiny,nice design,clean. I would have liked free wireless in my room.I had this facility at the reception and you could get wireless in your room for a fee/hour. |

The hotel was clean and quiet.The rooms were of a good size and it is safe to say it was one of the best smaller hotels we have used.One drawback is that they do not provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Take your own travel kettle! The free safe in every room is welcome. A safe place to keep passports etc. |

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us tips and directions to area attractions and even let us check in early as we were exhausted from travel. The room was a soothing shade of green which provided for a relaxing atmosphere and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It was also convenient to the metro and bus lines. Food service in addition to breakfast would be nice |

Excellent location (tube and buses just outside, next to the Park Eduardo VII, and also alt walking distance from main attractions in Lisbon, such as the castle, Bairro Alto, and downtown). The hotel is new and the rooms are quite pleasant - albeit a bit small. If possible ask for a room in the last floor to enjoy the view from the balcony. Sometimes I could hear the traffic - its located next to one of the busiest round-abounds in Lisbon. |

The hotel is really excelent! It should have four star evaluation. The room was clean, cosy with nice view to the park and street. It was very calm despite of the rush street. The breakfast was also great! There was a big choise of food, very tasty food.It was the best hotel which we have ever visited! We recomend you to stay there. |

Excellent location beside Metro stop and within walking distance of centre. Comfortable sound-proofed room with great view over gardens. Breakfasts very good except for coffee. Breakfast Room acoustics not great and coffee terrible. |

Blackout curtains; full-length mirrror; efficient air con./sound proofing; flat screen t.v; built-in night light; keycards; free safe; easy to use shower; eco-friendly approach to towel use; non-smoking room; generous buffet breakfast. Great location for public transport and proximity Parque Eduardo V11. Excellent value! confusing room rates structure and unclear allocation process on website.Some rooms with breakfast were cheaper than rooms without breakfast. Term "garden room" not clear. |

Located at city center with garage to park the car. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean & comfortable. According to the description of hotel, using WiFi was pretty expensive, so didn't use internet. |

I like the position of the hotel very much , the hotelstaff was nice and cooperativ in all things and the room was very big and with nice viev iven if lokated on the bachside of the hotel. I stay 8 nights so I had 8 breackfasts. Every day it was the same thing not one chage . |

Hotel was well situated,beside metro station & beside city tour bus stops.Nice view if gardens from our room & nice & airy There was no decent bar facilities & no iron, ironing board, fridge or tea making facilities in our room.No full length mirror in room & lightig in ensuite very poor. |
