Everything,a superb hotel to stay in I would highly recomment it. Ask for a room overlooking the park, the window glazing shuts out the traffic noise.

This is not a dislike but a little location advice. There are 3 HF hotels in the same area, make sure the taxi driver understands which one you are at, although they are all within easy walking distance, dragging lugage around is no fun, I was third time lucky.

So far it is one of our favorite hotels we've stayed with during this trip. The garden view is wonderful and gorgeous, I still can remember the exciting moment when we first entered the room. Hotel staff are generally very efficient and helpful, especially the girl who did check in for us, she is very nice all the time. The location is very good, just around 50 meters to metro station. With one step, you can reach the famous square of Lisbon. What's more, across the street you will find the starting point of sightseeing bus, which is very convenient to tourists. And, a big THANK YOU to hotel for arranging early check-in for us!

Maybe the breakfast has got space to improve, but considering of the reasonable room rate it is quite acceptable.

The hotel is located near the metro station, only 3 stops to Rossio square. The center can be reached by walk in 15 - 20 minutes. The breakfasts were excellent, 4 kinds of hot meals, vegetables and fresh fruits.

Absence of fridge or minibar. No place to put such products like cheese and mineral water.

Small but nice room

we liked everything about your hotel - staff were good - room was kept clean - lots of space in the room plenty of hot water - no regrets with our stay - very centraL to trains nmetro buses - excellent

we would have liked to have a drink - however we went next door would have liked a tea in the morning not keen on the dispenser - needed two pillows each bacon cold on the second morning of our stay

Beds were hard as in all of Portugal.

Location is very nice, just in the central Pombal square. Rooms are a bit small, but rather modern and functional. Breakfast was rather fine.

Air conditioning was working by some strange rules and not really configurable. In the bathroom it was not possible to stick the shower, the holder was just not proper for this shower type - very strange, that they do not change it.

Initial station of Hop on hop off busses is very close to hotel.

Location was very good, close to metro station and easy transport from the airport by bus. On our first day we preferred to have breakfast outside but on the second day we had our breakfast at the hotel and we were positively surprised about the diversity of food compared to its price.

unfortunately it was a cold weekend (unusual in Lisbon in May) and the air co didn't warm up the room due to being set according to the season of the year. but the hotel staff brought us an electrical heater and we could warm up the room..

Nice hotel but a bit plain for the money. Good service, good breakfast buffet. Good location right by park and metro lines. Comfortable room.

The so-called garden is not well sign-posted and not very inviting. The hotel next door, in the same Fenix Chain, has a nice bar and outside area. I don't see why the two locations can't share a garden.

Handy location by metro and airport bus stop,the nice staff in the breakfast room.

The location of the Fenix Garden was excellent. The Metro which worked extremely well and made getting about effortless just outside with Sightseeing buses and Airport bus just across the way. The Metro also went to Airport. We could not fault the Hotel at all.

Lisbon is very "up and down" and not ideal for those who have difficulty walking but with excellent transport links so close to this Hotel it shouldn't be too much of a problem to get about.

Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty and different. Location is very good. Near the Park Eduardo vii and metro station.
