料金からしてあまり期待していなかったがとても満足できた。室内はきれいで清潔。朝食も豪華ではないが不満はない。地下鉄の駅が歩いて１分。ここは１日パスも買える駅なので大変便利。（参考＊トラムの１５号線はスリが多いので注意）

清潔できれいな部屋。広さもそこそこ。地下鉄の駅から近い。

近くにお店がない。バスルームのドアがガラス張りでデザイン的には良いのかもしれないが、ドア下の隙間が広いためトイレの音が外にまる聞こえ。交通料の激しい大通りに面しているのに防音が不完全なため一晩中車の音が響く。

部屋はとてもきれいで清潔。地下鉄の駅も近くて便利。

ハウスキーパーのマナーが最悪。在室しているのに何度もドアをガチャガチャさせて開けようとする。ドアにかける「don't disturb」の札はなかった。安くて清潔、きれいなホテルなのに非常に不愉快でくつろげなかった。

It was easy to find,central,the tourist info guy from the airport just put an x on the map and described how to get there,it is central but not in a crowded area,it is a new buiding so the rooms are not tiny,nice design,clean.

I would have liked free wireless in my room.I had this facility at the reception and you could get wireless in your room for a fee/hour.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us tips and directions to area attractions and even let us check in early as we were exhausted from travel. The room was a soothing shade of green which provided for a relaxing atmosphere and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It was also convenient to the metro and bus lines.

Food service in addition to breakfast would be nice

Price/quality balance, location, easy to find and to reach from the airport, a recently repaired hotel

a mini bar and the free internet in the room would be great

Excellent location (tube and buses just outside, next to the Park Eduardo VII, and also alt walking distance from main attractions in Lisbon, such as the castle, Bairro Alto, and downtown). The hotel is new and the rooms are quite pleasant - albeit a bit small. If possible ask for a room in the last floor to enjoy the view from the balcony.

Sometimes I could hear the traffic - its located next to one of the busiest round-abounds in Lisbon.

The hotel is really excelent! It should have four star evaluation. The room was clean, cosy with nice view to the park and street. It was very calm despite of the rush street. The breakfast was also great! There was a big choise of food, very tasty food.It was the best hotel which we have ever visited! We recomend you to stay there.

The ability to relax, at ones own pace. Helpfull staff. Central location.Great Breakfast. the list goes on.

The staff were very good, particularly the duty manager when we arrived. He went out of his way to help us and was an excellent advertisement for the hotel.
