HF Fénix Garden

朝食がメニューも多く、おいしかった。

バスタブがあれば更に快適。

街の中心地に位置し、どこに行くのも便利。再度の宿泊を希望。

全般的に満足しており、不満は特に無い。

清潔できれいな部屋。広さもそこそこ。地下鉄の駅から近い。

近くにお店がない。バスルームのドアがガラス張りでデザイン的には良いのかもしれないが、ドア下の隙間が広- いためトイレの音が外にまる聞こえ。交通料の激しい大通りに面しているのに防音が不完全なため一晩中車の音- が響く。

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in answering all our questions about where to go for dinner, shopping and things to see. The hotel is very clean with a new and warm decor. It is very close to the downtown and places to go. It is on a busy street but did not find it too noisy.

The one downfall is the parking lot is very difficult to access.

The hotel Fenix Garden is an ideal base for a visit to Lisbon situated adjacent to the Marques de Pombal square in the city centre and very close to the metro station and the terminus for all of the open top tour buses. The staff all spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The hotel is only a 20 minute stroll from the old town with all its attractions (shops and restaurants). The breakfast at the hotel was superb with a great choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, ham, bacon,scambled eggs, fruit juice, coffee, tea etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant however we were able to use the very good restaurant at the sister hotel (The Fenix Lisboa) which is just next door. All in all I highly recommend the Hotel Fenix Garden.

Tea & coffee facilities in the room would be great as the restaurant is only open breakfast.

Metro station is right outside hotel entrance. Breakfast was buffet style in a very large and clean room but not loads to choose from. Rooms were very clean, bright and airy.

Lack of choice at breakfast - confusing for first time traveller's that 2 hotels with similar names are around the corner from each other.

Location is perfect, very close to roundabout Marquez de Pombal, busstop HopOn HopOff and the metrostation.

If you have a room at the front ánd on the first floor, it's a little bit noisy. Really a little bit. But if you like sportive motorbikes a lot (like me), that's not a problem.

Good clean modern hotel. Excellent value forr money!

The location of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing Lisbon. Staff efficient and courteous. Rooms immaculately clean. Lets hope this standard is maintained,together with the price.

Cooked breakfast was luke warm. Would have preferred hotter eggs and bacon!

The deoderizer they used is too strong.

Very helpful staff. I had a problem with my car and they were most kind in sorting it out. Good value for a capital city.

(1) professional and extremely cooperative staff!, (2) generally very nice room design, (3) particularly helpful night illumination in the corridor near the floor (4) in the 2nd part of my stay, the room on floor 6 was a better value for the money than in the first period of my stay.

(1) - insufficient general electrical light in the room, (2) bed-side lights positioned too low, therefore not useful for reading in bed, (3) morning coffee of quite poor taste.
