Новый отель,все чисто, нормальный завтрак. В субботу во дворе шли ремонтные -было очень шумно.Окно приходилось держать открытым - кониционер комнату не охлаждал.Спрашивали на ресепшн про парк во дворе отеля -почему он закрыт, но нам ничего не смогли объяснить.Просили вызвать такси в аэропорт, но когда вышли с вещами , персонал уже сменился и они не знали вызвали нам такси или нет. |

Интересный дизайн. Уютная комната. Однообразный завтрак, маленький выбор холодных закусок. Омлет и бекон в первый день были холодными. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in answering all our questions about where to go for dinner, shopping and things to see. The hotel is very clean with a new and warm decor. It is very close to the downtown and places to go. It is on a busy street but did not find it too noisy. The one downfall is the parking lot is very difficult to access. |

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even offered to make a boxed breakfast for us for the morning when we had to leave at 5:30 am. Steps away from bus stop, metro and tourist bus. Room was very quiet particularly when you are in the city on a main road. Will definitely stay there again when we visit next. Terrible coffee! |

The hotel Fenix Garden is an ideal base for a visit to Lisbon situated adjacent to the Marques de Pombal square in the city centre and very close to the metro station and the terminus for all of the open top tour buses. The staff all spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The hotel is only a 20 minute stroll from the old town with all its attractions (shops and restaurants). The breakfast at the hotel was superb with a great choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, ham, bacon,scambled eggs, fruit juice, coffee, tea etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant however we were able to use the very good restaurant at the sister hotel (The Fenix Lisboa) which is just next door. All in all I highly recommend the Hotel Fenix Garden. |

Metro station is right outside hotel entrance. Breakfast was buffet style in a very large and clean room but not loads to choose from. Rooms were very clean, bright and airy. Lack of choice at breakfast - confusing for first time traveller's that 2 hotels with similar names are around the corner from each other. |

Location is perfect, very close to roundabout Marquez de Pombal, busstop HopOn HopOff and the metrostation. If you have a room at the front ánd on the first floor, it's a little bit noisy. Really a little bit. But if you like sportive motorbikes a lot (like me), that's not a problem. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing Lisbon. Staff efficient and courteous. Rooms immaculately clean. Lets hope this standard is maintained,together with the price. Cooked breakfast was luke warm. Would have preferred hotter eggs and bacon! |

Excellent location. Despite being on a busy street, silent. My room was next to the elevator and couldn´t hear noise - and I´m very sensible to it. It´s worth having breakfast at the hotel. |

Location : very close to 2 metro lines, on the very central Praca Marques. Staff very pleasant and very accomodationg! Rooms very nice and modern. good value for money! Only one thing: the taste of the coffee at breakfast is something I would have changed urgently in the hotel ! |

(1) professional and extremely cooperative staff!, (2) generally very nice room design, (3) particularly helpful night illumination in the corridor near the floor (4) in the 2nd part of my stay, the room on floor 6 was a better value for the money than in the first period of my stay. (1) - insufficient general electrical light in the room, (2) bed-side lights positioned too low, therefore not useful for reading in bed, (3) morning coffee of quite poor taste. |

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We got a complimentary room upgrade as we were on our honeymoon. Our room wasn't massive but it did have a huge balcony with views of the park in front of the hotel. The room itself was modern and confortable. Breakfast was excellent with the usual breads, cheeses, ham, cereals, juices and yoghurt. I will definetly return one day. Also it's only a few metres from the metro station. |

all the staff were very friendly and helpful including the breakfast crew, room service and front of house/reception. the hotel was good but was a little overpriced could have been £5-£10 per night cheaper to make it a 5 star value stay. |
