The room was excelent, breakfast was good, very clean.Location was perfect to city tours and cintra tours. At the reception we did not get any information about St. Antony's day which was very significant to tourists like us.When we asked about the train (we went to Porto) no one mentioned we must book tickets ahead.I would excpect more information from hotel reception stuff. |

Breakfast good with reasonable times. Rooms comfortable. Locations fairly central and close to the metro. No free wireless internet in the rooms. 5 euro per hour for wireless is just ridiculous. |

The location of the hotel. Easy for city transportation and even to the airport. Lurge room and quiet. The stuff in the reception must know much better to answer clients in different subjects, and more familiar with the tourist needs. |

Staff and atmosphere were good. Breakfast was excellent. Location of hotel was good. Style and appearance was good. Free wifi was worthwhile Pillows old and lumpy and not enough of them for two people. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and would expect this of a 4 star.Sockets did not work in bathroom. Bath plug leaks so water in bath leaked away. Room was small (401) |

Close to City Center No hot water for shower in both 2 rooms, one room cold ( no heating ) another room was hot (no a/c). Dont pay for a superior room! Its the same as the normal one! Not a 4 stars hotel! |

Breakfast was good. It would be much convenient if we can use internet not only at lobby but also in rooms. My room was facing towards the street so that it was noisy even midnight. |

Hotel is ideally located in a nice area. Metro station and bus stops are right in front of the hotel and around the plaza/circle. Plenty of taxis nearby. We asked and got a nice quiet room facing the garden. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and very good, with choices of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits and varieties of breads. They offer different choices of juices. No complaints, really. The self-service tourist information kiosk in the lobby doesn't work well. We also hope they would take our suggestion to fix the leaking toilet water tank in our room to conserve water (and their bills). |

Friendly environment. Small and cosy bar and reception area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Location was excellent, being far enough outside centre to be quiet but a metro stop directly outside meant you were only two stops away from the centre Reception gentleman when arrived was miserable, did not speak to me other than to ask for my passport and give me my hotel key. I had to ask how to get to my room and where the lifts were. He continually gestured to the screen when reviewing m booking making me think there was an issue with the booking. |

Good, unpretentious, comfortable hotel. No frills, but nothing missing either. Good breakfast. Some of the receptionist staff lacked charm (verging on the discourteous) |

Great breakfast, good location, near subway and bus station Small and very noisy room (we had the room at the 8th floor and we always heared a noise like an working engine, hard to sleep). Not a 4 star room and we had the most expensive room - business room. They promise wi-fi free in the business rooms and they don't have (internet free only in the lounge) |

Ideal for short stay in Lisbon. As with any other decent City Hotel, Once inside, you could be anywhere in the world, but no complaints and would recommend it. Our deal was great value for money. |

Enjoy the tranquillity this hotel radiates, while staying in Lisbon’s city centre, with the Eduardo VII park and the Marquês de Pombal square right at your doorstep. |
Hotel Mundial is located in the very heart of Lisbon. The small streets surrounding the hotel are full of atmosphere with small restaurants and bars wherever you go. |
In 1996, the Aparthotel Vip Eden was awarded with a prize for the best urban renovation project and for its tourist accomplishment in Portugal. |
In the city centre, near Marques de Pombal Square, this hotel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Lisbon, a 10-minutes drive from the airport and there are public transport facilities nearby. |
