Nagyon jó a hotel elhelyezkedése városnézés szempontjából, a reggeli hibátlan volt. Csendes szobát kértünk, azt kaptuk. Minden nap tiszta ágynemű, rendesen kitakarított szoba várt. |

Csendes szobát kértünk azt kaptunk. A szoba kényelmes de standard, minden nap tiszta ágyneműt kaptunk. A reggeli tökéletes, bőséges és finom. A személyzet diszkrét, segítőkész és a hotel nagyon jó helyen van városnézés szempontjából. Az internethasználat nem teljeskörű pl. JAVA program nincs és nem is telepíthető a szálloda által biztosított gépen. Jobb ha az ember viszi a saját laptopját. |

we arrived and were greated warmly and given a nice quiet room as requested. Location to the old part of town a relaxing walk of about15 minutes away was pleasant with great choice of places to eat. We had a problem with the water when we arrived and were moved to a better room. Convenient to the tourist buses which start just outside the hotel. Great breakfast. Efficient check out which took only a few minutes. Concerned that the fire shutter doors around the central staircase atrium were held open with waste bins, thus preventing the steel doors from sliding in the event of a fire; this occured on several floors. |

The location was excellent, very convenient for the local buses to and from the airport and also buses and the metro into the town. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a smoking room which smelt slightly but as it was on the 7th floor I was more than happy to stay in the rooom |

Location was easy to get in and out of. I found the room felt cold instead of cozy. Beds quite hard and had a plastic sheet which does not say luxury. Bedding materials felt cheap. No comfortable seating area. |

Friendly staff, quality of service, great breakfast and near to all public transport. 10/15 mins walk to Rossio Square and all the action. Although not a real problem, coffee making facility in rooms would have been good. |

Very good localization-in front of subway station (blue and yellow lines). Room standard (upgrade version - ca 15 m2) is ok and value for money. Room was clean (they clean every day; towels were changed everyday despite we put them on the rack. We stied in that hotel 5 days and everyday the breakfest was exactly the same. Very poor quallity of coffee and scrabbled eggs |

Perfect location, exactly in front of the hotel is the metro station and taxis. big and shiny room. nice breakfast. there were no ceiling lights in the room so it was a bit dark during the night. there was no free internet access from the room only in the lobby. |
