地下鉄の駅が近い。市内循環観光バスの乗り場が近い。 フロントスタッフの対応。ワンランクアップの部屋を取っても全体的に薄暗く、期待はずれの部屋だった。 |

立地が良い。ポンバル侯爵広場にあるので、地下鉄の駅もすぐでアクセスは便利。私たちは利用しなかったが、- エアポートバスもすぐ近くから出ているようだった。朝食ビュッフェは朝７時からで品数も豊富でなかなか美味- しかった。全体的に値段相応の中級ビジネスホテルといった感じなので、ホテルライフは期待しない方が無難。- ホテル内には少し高いけれど水などを購入できる自販機がありました。 バスタブはあったが、夜(11時くらい)は熱いお湯が出ずシャワーを浴びていて風邪を引きそうだった。部屋- が全体的に薄暗い。4つ星というホテルの格の割にフロントの対応は正直二流。チェックインの際も、私たちの- パスポートを受け取って何も言わずにどこかに消えてしまい、ようやく戻ってきたと思ったら鍵を渡されエレベ- ーターはそっちと言われただけで、部屋が何階かの説明もなかった。(ちなみに、私たちは事前に「ハネムーン- で利用する」と伝えてあったのにもかかわらずこの対応だったので、尚更がっかりだった) |

抜群の立地。目の前に地下鉄入り口がありました。また、空港への普通バスもホテルの前から出ていて、24時- 間乗り放題のチケットを持っていた為実質タダでしたから、帰りには利用しました。 |

一番は立地。二番は朝食の豊富さ。 低い階で広場に面した部屋の場合、うるさく感じる人もいるかも知れない。私の場合疲れて寝たので、安さで我- 慢できる範囲だった。 |

同じ値段で今回、３泊したのですが、最初の部屋は普通のツインでバスタブもありましたが、後で２泊した時の- 部屋は同じツインでも狭くおまけにシャワーしかありませんでした。部屋を変えてもらおうとすると、２９ユー- ロの追加料金を払えとの事、前の旅行の時にもこちらに泊まりましたけれど、一番安い料金を選択しましたが、- １泊目に泊まった部屋と同じ広さとバスタブ付きでした。でもホテルが言うには一番安い料金の部屋は今回の狭- くシャワーのみの部屋でこれが空いてるからそれを提供しないとボスに怒られるというものでした。私はホテル- とは空いていたら良い部屋から提供するのかと思っていたので非常に驚きました。シャワーのみならばそれを書- く必要はないのでしょうか？当然のごとくバスタブがあると思っていたし、今まで泊まった部屋と比べても明ら- かに狭かったので何度も何度もフロントに文句を言いに行って... |

we arrived and were greated warmly and given a nice quiet room as requested. Location to the old part of town a relaxing walk of about15 minutes away was pleasant with great choice of places to eat. We had a problem with the water when we arrived and were moved to a better room. Convenient to the tourist buses which start just outside the hotel. Great breakfast. Efficient check out which took only a few minutes. Concerned that the fire shutter doors around the central staircase atrium were held open with waste bins, thus preventing the steel doors from sliding in the event of a fire; this occured on several floors. |

The location was excellent, very convenient for the local buses to and from the airport and also buses and the metro into the town. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a smoking room which smelt slightly but as it was on the 7th floor I was more than happy to stay in the rooom |

friendly staff helpful and professional. the location is ideal and immediately beside the metro station. even easy to walk to the city centre nothing at all. I was pleasantly surprised as we were planning to a budget didnt expect it too be so good. |
