The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and very helpful. Too slow staff at reception. It took quite a lot of time to check-in and check-out. |

Location Impersonal, big , business style hotel, housing large groups of senior citizens. Needs to be updated. The younger sibling hf garden much better. In fact, I was under impression that I was making a reservation for the hf garden hotel. A mistake on my part Had nothing to do with the web site. |

It is a good, centrally located hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no swimming pool. |

Position. Bedroom size was good Bathroom was very small. Restaurant very noisy and had to queue for breakfast. Hotel is set up for coaching package tours and not for indviduels. The hotel should be classed as a three star rating. |

We expected a standard experience, and that's what we got. I accidentally dropped a piece of equipment that rolled under the bed. I had to move the bed a bit - which in turn dropped the cleanliness points I can grant at this time. |

I liked the big selection for breakfast. I also liked the hotel's decor it was well presented and clean. I did not like the staff so much on reception. I did not feel they would try very hard to help with any quereis. |
