hotellet hadde god skapplass, en deilig frokost og det var rent og pent. Snacks i maskiner på gangen og sengene var gode. Rett ved siden av t-banen og en nydelig park. Gode, lydtette vinduer. Fantastisk egentlig. kunne hatt kaffe på hotellrommene. |

Sentral beliggenhet, gangavstand til S pluss nærhet til gode offentlige kommunikasjoner. Selv med mye trafikk i gata var det ikke sjenerende lyd Hotellet bør være raskere til å følge opp mangler på rommet ut fra følgende erfaring: Påpekte feil på badet (dusjhjørnet) til resepsjonen. De skulle sende "en mann" m en gang. Først etter 3 døgn (og like mange purringer) ble det foretatt en utbedring, men kun delvis (og da skulle vi reise dagen etter). Opplever dette som unødvendig sendrektighet skal de forsvare sine 4* |

friendly staff helpful and professional. the location is ideal and immediately beside the metro station. even easy to walk to the city centre nothing at all. I was pleasantly surprised as we were planning to a budget didnt expect it too be so good. |

Location was easy to get in and out of. I found the room felt cold instead of cozy. Beds quite hard and had a plastic sheet which does not say luxury. Bedding materials felt cheap. No comfortable seating area. |

Friendly staff, quality of service, great breakfast and near to all public transport. 10/15 mins walk to Rossio Square and all the action. Although not a real problem, coffee making facility in rooms would have been good. |

Loaction is perfect. Metro stops infront of the door and city centre and airport are closeby. Rooms are tidy and even on the square not too noisy. |

Location is very good, staff is very friendly, overall not a bad hotel Pillows are to soft, breakfast buffet is monotone(no changes whatsoever), the garden could be used more wisely(pool etc?) |

Very good localization-in front of subway station (blue and yellow lines). Room standard (upgrade version - ca 15 m2) is ok and value for money. Room was clean (they clean every day; towels were changed everyday despite we put them on the rack. We stied in that hotel 5 days and everyday the breakfest was exactly the same. Very poor quallity of coffee and scrabbled eggs |

Perfect location, exactly in front of the hotel is the metro station and taxis. big and shiny room. nice breakfast. there were no ceiling lights in the room so it was a bit dark during the night. there was no free internet access from the room only in the lobby. |

The Staff in the Dinning room were very helpful and pleasant. Tour bus starts outside hotel. Rooms need to updated, and reception staff need to learn how to smile more!!!! |

The hotel is situated directly next to the metro station and the city is also accessible by walking --> good! For breakfast you have to wait to be seated and must not leave your table alone if you got one... and the shower curtain was really disgustingly smelly - something I would not extpect in this category |

The hotel was an ideal location for exploring Lisbon and right opposite the beautiful Eduardo VII park, where I actually proposed to my girlfriend Unfortuntely there was no pool, but everything else was fantastic |
