Score from 1164 reviews Wonderful
No fridge in the room. Garage door and bar a little too much.
The three single bed room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast generously varied.
The mat under the bed was noisy The parking place was too narrow
Breakfast, spacy rooms Great staff helpful in everything Next to a shooping mall
Our room had TERRIBLE sound isolation. Because of the short duration of our stay, we did not request a different room to try if the problem was only in this room. About this room, however, I can say that it was the worst sound isolation I've had to date. You could literate overhear a conversation in the next room people even when the guests were only speaking at normal loudness.
Everything except the sound isolation of the rooms was wonderful: service, cleanliness, breakfast, beds, and even the location wasn't that far away from the city center.
The room wasnt cleaned on our 3rd day and we had to ask for towels ourselves. We had left the room all day, came back that evening and the room still wasnt cleaned. The wifi is really bad.
The hotel is in good location and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and its great value for such a lovely hotel.
WiFi signal was weak in my room ...
Price-quality relation. Having parking place at a reasonable price (9 euros/day) Being close to the nice market of Bom Sucesso
The wifi connection on our floor was not great and was not consistent.
Rooms have lots of space and the design is very pleasant.
The breakfast would have been ok, if the warm breakfast really was warm. We went down at 7am and the scrample eggs, bacon and the potatoes was cold and not fun to eat. The bread was very good. Be better to make the warm breakfast
Good location Easy to the airport Walking distance to the centro
WiFi was not working well. Next to BoaVista, but you need a taxi to go to the center (5€ ride).
The bed was really big and confortable. The bedroom was big. The breakfast was really nice and very complete (real orange juice!). Staff nice. Economic parking at the hotel (9 €/day). Courtesy bottle of water (1 €). Excellent views.
Not much to do at the hotel. It was raining during our short stay and at nigh in the hotel you don't have much to do....
Overall quality of hotel and rooms is good. Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable.
Decoration and furniture starts showing some age, despite maintenance efforts. Breakfast in the basement (despite some natural lighting). Poor breakfast service (cleanliness, variety), despite overall good food quality.
Fast and friendly check-in/check-out. Location. Room size. Decent sleep quality. Good wifi. Good soundproofing.
free wifi during my stay I could not get connected, so it's very poor
location, comfort ,cleanless and stuff support excellent
I really like this hotel.
My request for extra beds for the children was not picked up by the staff when booking.
Attending to the request for extra beds required ~5 minutes. Free extra beds for kids of up to 8 years old.
The top floor lounge wasn't much and the patio door was locked. An elevator was out of order and it took a couple days before they opened the service elevator for use. The room also got cold at night and the heater had trouble warming up.
The staff were fantastic, remembering us by name. They answered any question we had promptly and with a smile. The area was great but a good walk to the historic district.
It was a bit far from tourist spots ( except casa de musica)
No wifi in the room 805
At the room, the wifi is weak. The TV signal of channels is bad.
location, cleanliness,breakfast,room size,price
Nice hotel Cooperative staff Good rich breakfast Excellent location
The bathroom was badly designed for health and safety issues, and the room also had a terrible layout with little thought given to practicality. The reception staff were hopeless and when I came to pay the bill, I found that they had given me an upgrade which cost more than I agreed to on Booking.com. The manager was called, who had no idea of public relations, and would do nothing, and unfortunately I had paid before I realized the error. I would never stay in this hotel again, and I would suggest that the company educate their staff correctly.
The room was spacious and clean.
Pequeno almoço fraco. Internet fraquissima.
The lighting in Reception; only one chair in the double room; the slightly limited breakfast and no tables laid
The location and the outlook from our room. Very good storage.
Wifi reception was a bit poor, and terrace access was closed.
Breakfast was great, rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful with any questions we asked them, prices were very good... Would definitely recommend !
Dark entrance hall, small parking places.
For some € more we booked a privilege room. Spatious room on the executive highest level of the hotel what gives a splendid view over the town till the sea.
- it was very cold inside the room - there was no mini bar
- spacious rooms - cable TV
When booking I specified that our arrival would be at 2pm. When myself and my friend arrived at the hotel my friends room was ready and my room I had to wait an hour and a half for as they were still cleaning it. After getting up at 4.45am that morning I was exhausted and wanted to freshen up and lie down. It also states in the literature in the hotel that check in is available from 2pm - so I wasn't very impressed by that. My friend also had a rather noisy room on the 9th floor - the plumbing from the room above was very loud and every time someone used the bathroom above him it made a dreadful racket. He had to move to another room.
The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel is good and is not far from various bus stops or a metro station. The road that the hotel is on isn't too busy and you can't hear much noise from it. Very clean and tidy rooms.
