Clean, not far from metro station (less than 10 min walking), close to a mall. Nice bar and breakfast room. Taxi stop just in front. Staff seem to work under pressure. Could be more friendly and smile a bit more. Calls from room are *extremely* expensive, even though we used a pre-paid calling card. Taxes for using the telephone line could be informed in advance somehow. |

The hotel has an excellent location, in a comercial area, with taxis at the front door. Public transports nearby. Terrible soundproofing, we can hear the neighbor cough. The morning is very busy, so the existing elevators are not enough, because there are queues and that's no good if you're running to business. |

We had a business room on the 13th floor in the private area. To get to this private area you need to insert your keycard in the elevator. The staff at the reception of the hotel didn`t tell us about it, so we had to ask them to help us for several times. There was the view on the old cemetary...intresting, but... Rather easy to get to the center of the city. There wasn`t safe-box in the room (only at the reception). |

The standard of the rooms was very good, very clean and new and the breakfast was excellent and the helpfulness of most of the staff was very good. No Bureau d Change. Not enough "trip" information. Too far from the old, main tourist area of the town. A courtesy bus to this area and the beach would be a good idea. |

Very poor communication on shuttle pick up. Made multiple phone calls and waited two hours for shuttle pickup that never came. Ended up taking a cab for 20 Euros. |

there is a good public transportation connection to the city centre when booking the hotel, you think that the standard is better than actually is - it is "very standard" hotel unless you e.g. upgrade your room. Also the breakfast is very poor. |
