Very good value for money with an enormous room looking over the city.

Not the hotel's fault, but a very persistent gypsy was trying to get money as we literally got out of the car and made it very difficult to organise baggage etc. while trying to keep an eye on everything. It was quite difficult to get rid of her.

Definitely not one of the best 4-star hotels I have been. Rooms are big, but empty and need renovation. Lobby and floors are dark. Even breakwast was nothing special.

Bed is very comfortable. Room is quite large for stay. Staff have lots of information about tour.

I stayed 2nd floor but it seemed like underground. There was little sunshine. And breakfast was not satisfied. The sort was poor.

It was excellent. And since I love walking so it's just fine going to the city center by foot and seeing Porto at its best and worst.

The shuttle service offered very unreliable. It did not show on time and have to pay taxi to get to airport on time. Breakfast serve only after 7 am, a bit late for business people on the move

Very good hotel not far from "casa de musica" metro station. The room was huge than I expected for a double and it was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. A very 4* hotel!

Comfortable enough

Very easy to reach using public transport, it is next to the shopping mall open until 23.00 daily. My room was big - 34 m. Good breakfast.

Poor lights in the corridors, scary lights in the elevator.

The location and the Staff

The hotel is well situated and the room is clean, spacious and had a very nice view of the ocean. The parking lot below makes staying there very convenient as it is difficult to park in that neighborhood.

Hotel is very modern, room was nice and huge with 4 windows! Breakfast was very good. There is a restaurant just in front of the entrance to the hotel. Also there is a supermarket and a shopping mall just next to hotel. For the price of 67€ with breakfast and parking it was excellent.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities.

Very modern spacious clean rooms. Great breakfast! Nice relaxing dinning area. Staff very friendful and helpful to English speaking guests.

Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and the room was massive and very comfortable. Great location, near shops, restaurants and the Metro and buses.

Room was always too hot. Air conditioning was blowing hot air the whole time. One of the lifts was out of order for the whole weekend. They were doing some kind of renovation on the room right above us on the last day (Monday) and started banging around at 8am. When I questioned the reception staff she said they weren't supposed to start until 9. I suggested they should only start doing things like that after 12, once guests have checked out. I would also have preferred to have been informed and have been given the chance to change rooms.

Rooms fantastic.

Only bar in sushi restaraunt that lacked any real atmosphere. Not really a problem as great bar just around the corner.
