すぐ裏がバスターミナルなので、市内中心部に出かけるのに便利。すぐ隣がショッピングセンター。 普通の部屋は少し古い。 |

駅からもまあ便利。となりにショッピングセンターもあるし。1分歩いたところにメインバス通りもある。 食事をもう少し充実してくれると、さらに高感度アップ。いまでも十分標準的ではありますが・・・。 |

１２階は改装したこともあって、モダンインテリアが素晴らしく快適だった。隣にショッピングセンターがあり、地下にスーパーもあって便利。 駐車場が狭くて入れにくい。公共交通機関が使いにくい。 |

Very nice hotel close to the shoping center, bus station and in a walking distance from the city center. Good choice of food for breakfast. Large and comfortable room, very clean. Professional staff. |

Location was very good, staff was very helpful & room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The things we did not like was that the room was uncomfortable at night because the air conditioner did not work well. Also, we did not have sufficient towels in the room for the number of people. |

Room was large and contemporary. A previous reviewer complained that the bed was too firm. All beds in Portugal are firm, and I think that is a positive! |

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was good - close to the metro (<10 min) and next to 2 shopping centres. The room was spacious and comfortable. Dove shower creme was a nice touch - no horrid hotel soap! There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The lifts were small and quite busy in the mornings - we often had to let 2 or 3 full ones go past. Internet computer was expensive at £5/hr - unsure of wifi rates (if any). |

Good variety for breakfast, big shopping mall with supermarket next to the hotel, metro station in walking distance, room service Felt quite cold in the room even in beg. Of May, underground parking is very small, driving level up and down not possible without one person getting out and watch as in and out way is the same, with space enough for one car, also making a turn almost not possible at one once- curves are sharp. |

friendly reception staff, good standard rooms inernet costs 20euro per 24h, or else for free internet have to sit in reception area. Location far from historical sites, outdated 1970 style breakfast room |

It worths the money we spent for our accommodation for sure..Luxurious hotel,modern and very clean near of plaza da musica where there is a metro station..4 stations far away from the heart of Porto..helpful and professional staff willing to serve u at anytime.. There was a problem when the tv was in operation..a very annoying noise which lead us to avoid watching TV. |
