hotel location is excellent in city. Near Metro line and shopping center very near. cleaning staff could have cleaned our room a little better. Hotel looks old and should be spruced up a bit on the inside. |

Buffet breakfast started at 7.30 and what was left was served untill 10.30, and that wasn't much after 9.30. |

Staff were very friendly & attentative The room was too small and the bathroom was so small that the door could not open or close unless you stood on the toilet! The light over the mirror was right next to the shower curtain which has to be a health & safety concern. It was literally only a couple of centimeters away from direct water! |

Apesar de estar numa rua com baruho, não se ouve muito Os móveis estão degradados, os apliques queimados, e logo que se entra no corredor á saída do elevador começa a decepção. Realmente muitas vezes a simplicidade prima aqui está destruída.Podiam melhorar com materiais simples e baratos e tinham de certeza uma qualidade melhor. A situação é optima e com um pouco de investimento seria mais rentável. |

Les prix convenables, la position en ville, proche du centre historique, le calme, le service, la salle de bain propre. La chambre un peu trop délabrée, le petit déjeuner trop standard et de mauvaise qualité, mieux renoncer au jambon et au fromage "en plastique" et offrir un jus d'orange sans eau dedans et un café plus fort. |

WC com mau cheiro das tubagens do edificio, chão com muitos cabelos compridos e manchas de sujidade. Os pratos do pequeno-almoço foram reutilizados, estavam com gordura e migalhas de pão; prontos a serem servidos!!!! |

l'assenza di rumori, la prima colazione ricca di assortimento, la cortesia della reception anche in funzione della mia non conoscenza del portoghese la finestra della mia camera dava su una terrazza comune e quindi non potevo lasciarla aperta e dovevo tenere costantemente tirate le tende, pertanto la camera risultava molto buia |

su ubicacion, se encuentra a diez minutos del centro (andando) y tiene el trasporte publico muy cerca, es tranquilo pero dentro de la ciudad. la ubicacion del cuarto de baño, es demasiado pequeño por lo que tienes que ser contorsionista para poder acceder al water y la bañera, hay muy poco espacio. el desayuno es bastante pobre, para la categoria que tiene. |

El servicio de desayuno esta bastante bien lo unico se podria mejorar es en la variacion de los productos asi no se repitiera en todos ellos los mismos dias. El aseo olia bastante, debrian cuidar mas la imagen del servicio de las habitaciones. Tendrian que revisar las cañerias ya que olian bastante mal. El olor era bastante insoportable. habitacion 203. |

Só gosto da localização, que é central e perto de tudo. O quarto 506, é exíguo, a casa de banho, mal se pode fechar a porta, pense no entanto ter uma varanda para o pátio interior dos prédios "typo chagom" e é alcatifado. |

Rien ou peut-être si la gentillesse des gens à l'accueil. Beaucoup de choses nous ont énormément déplu : les tâches sur les murs, les draps de lit qui grattent, les odeurs de renfermé et nauséabondes issues de la salle de bain, la climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit, la vue en plein vis à vis sur l'immeuble en face ou sur la cour intérieure, le petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et des produits de moindre qualité, le manque de proximité du centre ville. |
