Hotel is fine, nothing special, toilet requires some maneuvering to close the door. Breakfast wasn't great either, but it did the job. Only stay for 1 night.

Officialy you can't smoke in the hotel, but the fact is everybody smokes... you could feel it through the walls. Also my room was very stinky... Sorry, but never again!

There is nothing to recommend about this dreadful establishment. It is definitely not a Hotel of any star rating and would only suit backpackers on a low budget deal. Unfortunately the management are only interested in squeezing out as much money as possible from its customers whilst giving back as little as possible. This Hotel is in actual fact no better than a Hostel, and a dirty worn out one at that. The rooms are small and totally overpriced. The breakfast is a pathetic excuse and you would need to be starving to enjoy it, you would have to be desperate to stay here, avoid it if you can.We were booked in for 2 nights but were able to escape after 1 night and found a 4 star Hotel around the corner for just over half the price they were charging. If you have big suitcases they may not fit into the lift.

Good location, close to Avenida da Liberdade. Simple hotel-right choice for those who are keen on sightseeing and view hotel only as a place for sleeping. Room is good. Not very friendly staff. No AC and when open the window, it's getting too noisy coz the room overlooks the busy cty street. A bit too small bathroom - may be inconvenient for big people. Dull bfast-very limited choice of food and no variety.

Excellent location near the metro and bus stops, which facilitates city tours: city centre is 2 stops away. Staff are happy to assist with information and services. Clean and convenient room. Excellent value for money! Breakfast is continental plus scrambled eggs, and is good. I missed the vegetables... WiFi is expensive, 5 eur per hour: could be free...

Apenas da localização. Quarto e banheiro pequenos demais, quase sem espaço para colocar malas e mover-se no quarto e espaço mínimo para tomar ducha no banheiro. Colchão desconfortável e travesseiros também (de pedaços de espuma). Acesso ao elevador com escada (Péssimo para subir com bagagem.). Quarto sem qualquer isolamento acústico: o barulho de portas batendo repercute dentro do quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco. A relação custo x benefício é bastante desequilibrada!

Très bonne literie. La chambre est très propre. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant. Quartier très calme près d'un excellent restaurant/pâtisserie (Marqués de Pombal) et d'une station de métro portant le même nom. La salle de bain est toute petite. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier des affaires soit à 1 kilomètre du centre ville donc un peu loin à pied. Le jus d'orange servi au petit déjeuner est de la poudre mélangée à de l'eau! Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant.

la relacion calidad precio es bastante buena y la ubicacion muy centrica y sin problemas de aparcamiento fuimos a disputar una carrera y les dijimos que si nos podian dejar una habitacion de las dos contratadas para ducharnos solamente y dijero que que si queriamos teniamos que pagar otro dia se han pasado
