Attractive room (aside from disfunctional bathroom) and common areas. Good breakfast selection. Staff generally obliging. (Upgraded our room). Overdesigned bathroom was not functional. No toilet paper dispenser. Nowhere to hang towels. Lacked privacy. One receptionist ignored request to change towels. |

The design was great, really unusual. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the restuarant was the best food we had during our holiday. The air conditioning was a little weak in the lobby area and difficult to adjust in the bedroom. |

A fantastic and impressive lobby and a nice hotel-bar. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro entrance (Picoas). Parking available on opposite street-side of main entrance. Minimalistic design seems to be more important than comfort here; The bathroom looks cool and minimalistic but showering turns the bathroom into a mess. Breakfast is minimalistic as well ;) Air conditioning was way too cold when we arrived. |

Amazing design ambiance, sphisticated atmosphere, good breakfast, confortable and huge bed The hotel is located in a residential area, not far from the city center but still, without metro, is around 20-25 minutes on foot walking fast to get there |

It was almost impossible to turn on the bath water unless you had really long long arms had to send down for someone also no kleenex I had to pay for capuccino with included breakfast |

A lot, nice hotel staff and nice design. Very good breakfast. Design before function. No towel hanger. Window in to toilet and shower so no privacy. |

A "W" like hotel with lots of Drama, black corridors and electrically operated window shades. A great buffet breakfast is included which includes eggs , meats, pastries and fresh fruit daily. Hotel pool and spa is still not finished as of 7/08. Bathrooms are a little dark. Need a little more effort to put themselves on the map regarding their presence most cabbies did not know the location of the hotel. |

design of the hotel, atmosphere, beautiful scent in the hotel entrance hall; views from windows (the website says: "the hotel enjoys a privileged view over the park and the old city"; no, it doesn't; we could see old ruined flats and a building site); the hotel is still in phase of development so access to some facilities is not available: no Internet cafe, no swimming pool, no high floor terrace... this fact was not mentioned on the hotel website; |

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Molto buona la 1^ colazione. Mobilio della camera assai carente, moderno e minimalista ma senza alcuna praticità.Un solo piccolo armadietto con un'anta, non esiste un vano o cassapanca dove appoggiare le valigie che pertanto devono stare posizionate in verticale nella camera per ridurre al minimo l'ingombro. |

Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels, die ich im Laufe meiner Geschäfts- und Privatreisen kennengelernt habe. Ich werde dieses Hotel meinen Freunden empfehlen. 1. Ablage für Handtücher im Badezimmer ist zu verbessern. 2. Das Licht im Badezimmer ist nicht ausreichend. Meine Frau hatte Probleme ihr Make-up aufzutragen. Designer leben eben in einer anderen Welt. |

Do nosso quarto No sushi os sofas são muito incomodos, e as cadeiras estao deamsiado baixas, muito pouco comodo. A comida razoavel, nao voltaria outra vez, mas sim beber um copo no terraço que esta muito giro!!! |

Es ist ein sogenanntes Designhotel. Sehr modern hinter einer älteren Fasade.Der Architekt hat sich dort mit der Farbe schwarz ausgetobt. Es ist reizvoll. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren zu 6. in diesem Hotel, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und nicht zu klein. Zu Fuß geht man eine gute halbe Stunde bis in die Altstadtvierteln. Wir hätten gerne näher gewohnt. Leider gibt es absolut keine Möglichkeit die Hand- bzw. Badetücher aufzuhängen. Die Toilette befindet sich im Bad und in unserem Zimmer war das Bad aus Glaswänden und somit von überall im Zimmer einsichtig. Das ist absolut nicht angenehm und schade, könnte man anders lösen. |

Zeer aardige mensen . Fijne kamer en zeer ruim bed . De prijs van het ontbijt bij boeking is € 25,00 ( voor 2 personen ), welke mogelijkheid u naar mijn mening niet geboden heeft . Maar wanneer niet tevoren een ontbijt geboekt is is de prijs € 30,00 . Daarmee ben ik het niet eens . |
