Fontana Park Design Hotel    

Very beautifull hotel. We get a free upgrade. It was very luxuary!

The hotel is modern and well designed, both communal areas and the rooms. The colours are striking, shower good. The breakfast buffet was a good selection, especially of fresh fruit

My room was too warm with no way to regulate the temperature (AC didn't work), opening the window was too noisy

Location is reasonably centered

they call themselves a design/boutique hotel. probably. but it's a very depressing place to stay in, if only you are a fan of black color. everything is black: the walls, the floors, furniture...I was not able to find the door to the toilet, I was not able to find the little box on the wall which is responsible for conditioner and had to sleep in a black box without fresh air. the cabinet is impossible to find in the walls as it's hidden. only 2 lamps are in the room, both enlighten the floor, not the cealing. so, you can't really see anything around you and have to enlighten your own suitcase to find things there.... anyway, I like black color but that was too much of it. depressing corridor goes into nowere....and the breakfast which was rather poor to compensate the sleepless nights in the total dark. I wouldn't ever go to this hotel and will not recommend to my friends.

The Open Bar/lounge is good. The barman is a nice fellow.

the hotel was awarded for its design. but sorry to say, we didnt like it at all. the hotel is BLACK in colour from inside. its dark all around. very depressing. they could have used the black colour a little sparingly. i wouldnt recommend untill they change the black colour or use it at few places.

We´ve booked in order to attend a medical consultation and the price and location are excellent. Very helpfull and kind staff. Very nice decor. Will be back for sure.

The room was very nice, bur age was showing as use (and maybe abuse...) was evident on walls, bedframe, etc. The most annoying was the shower/bathtub layout, that forced the shower water to splash on you and then immediatly on the bathtub sides and out onto the floor ,,, Poor design...

The staff were excellent. The room was very nice.

I don't think wifi should be an extra cost.

Innovation

Some details sould be consider as feet toals in the bathroom; more attention regarding the produts that you put in tha bathroom (last time we only have shampoo ) the shower is not easy to manage. it's dificult to push the botton to put the shower working. if it's possible a light in to the shower zone would be nice.

Very freindly and helpfull personal. Nicely designed hotel with nice location, not far from central street of Lisbon. Wi-fi in rooms, big windows and balcony.

Too much "design" things makes it sometimes inconvinient. No handers for towels in bathroom, dark rooms, not enough lighting. Really dark halls with black walls on the upper stages. Nothing really bad, the whole hotel and stuff was nice.

Fontana Park is a design hotel, whereby aesthetics and funtionatily are not properly tuned. In the beautiful bathroom there is no protection for the shower room, and the result is a disaster: every time you take a shower the floor is full of water, either you handle very quick to dry it, or the corridor is inundated, including the carpet. Every time after a shower you must call the maid to clean the glorious mess! And they confirm that it is a routin for them.

Location and rooms are modern. Overall design and personel very good

My room was in the front of the hotel. The window was not isolated well so there was a lot of noise from traffic during the night

Big bed qith great linens! Clean. Good design on the public areas. The rooma were ok.
