Calm place, near the beach, 5 minute walk. I am a customer for the last 6 years and I it is very sad to see that the service at breakfast is declining in quality.Fewer staff elements and the quality of the products provided more prone to a 2 star hotel.I'm afraid that the admnistration of this Hotel group is not aware of it. |

Staff were extremely friendly and gave very good service My bed was very hard to sleep in. Restaurant meals in hotel were a bit pricey but not too bad. |

Location, theTsize of the apartment, very conforntable The staff needs some improvement. There was a problem with one bathroom door and no one from the hotel apologise or try to fix it. |

The appartments are very big and good equipped, the roomservice is good, it is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the pool lovely, the short walk through romantic pinetrees to the beach is romantic mediterranean style and the area is high class with all necessary facilities. The poolsite is protected so that it is also pleasant to realx there at windy weather. We could hear frequent starting airplanes from nearby Faro airport |

Da localização. Da simpatia do pessoal. Da limpeza e arrumação inicial do quarto Da arrumação do quarto nos dias subsequentes. Camas mal feitas (lençois mal esticados) dando uma imagem de algum desleixo. Aconteceu uma manhã ao sairmos para a praia uma criança deixar um saco de plástico caído no chão à entrada do quarto e quando chegámos à tarde o saco permanecia no chão. |
