Location was excellent, a few minutes walk to both "The Strip" and beach. The Giro bus stop outside the hotel. It is very quiet location but I think this was due to the time of our stay at this hotel - mid to late November. . The response time to our request to put in two new light bulbs in the bedroom took 3/4 days and a request for an additional pillow took 2/3 days. But I would have to say the staff were nice and professional. The requests were made on a Friday evening. |

the apartment was excellent, really big with a fab sun facing balcony. How nice to have english tv - BBC and ITV This is my second stay there and cant reccommend it highly enough |

comfortable beds however pull out beds not comfortable.quiet hotel with good service. I believe the cost for using the tennis courts of 12.50 is excessive and should be refunded provided all raquets balls etc returned. |

the hotel is slightly away from the strip, only a few minutes walk, but it makes for a much quieter time, beach is 5-10 mins walk away, overall good. the only thing i could pick on was the bizarre times the cleaner would appear, one day she turned up at 6pm! other than that nothing really. |

The spacious apartment was a nice treat, as well as the big balcony. The walking distance to beach is good. The pool was clean and had no problems getting sun loungers. Glad to be away from the main loud and noisy street. It was very hard to find this hotel, had to stop multiple times to ask for directions. Charging for pools towels is a strange concept to us coming from the US. Bit stingy with request on extra towels and soap. |

Great location close to Beach and Strip. Quiet even though we had a city view room close to the main road. Will stay again for sure. The pool area. It was very clostraphobic. Didn't like the fact that is was so enclosed and there were too few sun beds. The car park was always empty though so maybe there could be room for redesigning the outside space. |

great location, close to supermarket..large balcony overlooking gardens.... very disappointed with kiddies pool, up to my waist and i'm 5 ft 8 inches!..totally unsuitable for toddlers..pool freezing compared to other pools... |

The location of the hotel was brilliant - close to the beach, close to the Strip, local bars outside of that and bus stop right outside for the old town so really everything on your doorstep. Great facilities as well for the price. Only problem we had was that our room wasn't cleaned on the 1st night and we were only there 2 nights but it wasn't a problem really. |

The hotel is in a quiet area within walking distance of the Strip with it's many bars and restaraunts. Just a short trip to the Old Town (approx 4 eurus by taxi). |

Tycker om rummen och att det känns fräscht. Ävenär lätt att laga mat i lägenheten. Bassängen är väldigt populär för våra barn. Våra barn tycker verkligen om detta hotell. Tycker det är dåligt att man ska betala för att spela tennis, det kan väl ingå i priset. Känns snålt tycker jag. |

Las habitaciones son super amplias, el mobiliario es bastante nuevo y correcto, en la piscina dan colchonetas, flotadores y pelotas y los crios se lo pasan pipa. El servicio es bastante correcto. La cocina tiene una nevera ridícula, en una habitación para 6 personas nos faltó nevera para todo, de congelados 4 cosas caben y de bebidas teniamos que tenerlas fuera y reponer la botella que ibamos gastando para tener siempre algo fresco. El aire acondicionado no tiene mando, lo controlan ellos y sale bastante flojo el aire. El servicio de habitaciones lo hacían por la tarde a media tarde con lo cual te pasas todo el día con la habitación desarreglada. |
