not child friendly, very minimal buffet, no entertainment for children or adults, very far from the marina, beach etc....

Staff could not do more for you and were very helpful in all aspects. Food and service was outstanding. hotel was very clean and we had a family apt which was an impressive size with all the mod cons and very comforable

Not like is a bit harsh but if i was to make a negative comment it would be the heating system. we were there in April and it got a little cool in the evening. there is an independant warm air system which is very noisy so we did without it. most hotels i have been in have a single source which blows in the warm air on an individual request. a small thing really.

The general ambience was of space and light. The food especially the a la carte was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was large enough and warm enough to have a good swim. The tv gave all the uk programs we required. The self catering facilities were excellent.

The lift to our apartment was tempramental. There was no WiFi in the apartment. Apart from the Sofa Bed, there was nowhere to sit within the apartment.

General atmosphere

Staff are very friendly and professional. Will use the hotel again.

The food was bland.

You won't be disappointed if your planning to stay in four seasons villamoura. Staff are very helpful and they go the extra mile, there is a large pool and a heated indoor pool which anyone would enjoy. The rooms are well equiped with cooker, washing machine,dryer,microwave and dish washer. Kitchen utensils are provided as well. There is a supermarket nearby only 5 minutes walk. The marina and the beach can easily be reached by cab for around 5euro or a good 15 minutes walk. Overall a great place to stay...

The resort was large enough to have a professional level of service but small enough to be friendly - both staff and felly residents, a good mix of tome share regulars and rentals like us.

Food was generally very poor, but it was possible to get round that - self catering and eating out.

Swimming pools were very cold.

The lift

Swimming pools are absolutely amazing and the apartments are spacious and very well designed. We loved the fact it's on a tourist train route which makes the distance from the beach very manageable. The take away menu from the restaurant is excellent, well priced and a god send when you have a sleeping toddler and can't get down there. The playground was also an excellent addition and again takes some stress out of travelling with a toddler. The staff were friendly and fixed two minor problems ( faulty cot and bath tap ) immediately.

The bathrooms could do with updating as could the kitchen units. These were minor issues but do detract slightly from the luxury feel of this generally amazing resort. The cot we were given was broken but this was quickly resolved. Again though in an ideal world we wouldn't have had the problem. We only noticed when our son was asleep and made this huge clunking noise whenever he turned over!

Staff all very friendly and attentive. Pleasant well kept environment to stay in. Very easy place to stay and safe and secure.

Clean spacious and private accommodation,(we backed onto the golf course) friendly and courteous staff.

Was not too keen on the buffet nights as the menu was very limited.

The pool area was clean and there were always free beds.

From the moment we arrived the service we received was poor. We were told we would have to pay for pool side towels and for our room to be cleaned more than once a week. We were informed that there was no shuttle bus to get to the beach which is a 30min walk. We were even told that we would have to pay for a map of villamoura if we wanted one. We were not given access to our room until 4pm (although check out was 10am). When we were allowed in, the cleaners were there changing the bed from 2 singles to a pushed together double. 30mins later someone else called in to change our TV which he informed us was broken. The list of problems goes on...

A very well run timeshare complex. Lovely, spacious and well equipped apartments. Well kept gardens and pools. Food generally well prepared and good value compared to other local restaurants. Extremely helpful reception staff. Very relaxing atmosphere

Large double bed was very firm however we did find out on the last night that we could have requested a topper for the bed.

The sizes of the room are huge and well equipped. The pools, both indoor and outdoor are amazing.

The beds are very uncomfortable and my husband and I were given two single beds which could not be moved together because of a fixed nightstand between them.

A resort destination that is relaxed yet very efficient and professional. Front office staff were superb.Very central to everything in Vilamoura. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped.Flat screen television lovely. Towels in rooms could be upgraded. Meals are well presented and bar service good. Gym is well airconditioned. Our very pleasant stay was enoyed by the the whole family.

Having to leave after only 3 days!

Deceiving name, poor value for money. Poor quality of rooms. Although the staff is welling to help.

Amazing place, really friendly staff, very good breakfast... everything was perfect!

This was our 5th visit to Four Seasons and we never tire of it. The complex and its facilities are excellent..

Comfort and location we most important

Decent Sized resort - apartment size is quite big Golf course nearby and the pool is good sized

No internet in the rooms - you need to go to the business center It's more of a holiday for older people, not that great for young students
