Close to the center, excellent possibilities for visiting, eating and conections in Lisbon. Interessant design, modern, young and friendly. Very hot inside the room, no ventilation. It was like in a submarine. Stairs to the deck in the family room was very unconfortable and dangerous. The sofa bed horrible to sleep. |

Small but everything had been well thought out so it worked well. Good breakfasts, helpful staff and great location. Only minor points such as slightly odd smell in the corridor. Doors seemed to be really thin so there was a bit of noise from the corridor and the really squeaky fire door! |

I had a very nice experience with this nice little hotel. The rooms are small but nice, the staff very friendly, everything is very clean, the included breakfast was just right and the location is just perfect! Right in the center of Lisbon! Leaving the windows open during night is not really possible, due to the noise of the Airconditions outside. |

Friendliness of the hotel staffs. Cleanliness and nice breakfast. May be a sitting room will be good to work on the internet. It is very open and tiring to work on the computer in an open space and standing position. |

The hotel has perfect location in a small street in the very centre of the city. The staff was helpful in all situations. The room and public locations were clean and tidy. Good air conditioning and water in the room. Nice public room inside and outdoors in the first floor. Though the hotel promises wireless internet in every room, it has not available in ours (available in public locations on the ground floor and first floor). Their breakfast location is undersized and can be pretty packed with guests sometimes. |

This is lovely hotel in the perfect location just off the main road and is surrounded by restaurants and right next to restauradores metro and the aerobus drop off/ pickup stop. We booked a superior room which didn't rly seem much bigger than a standard other than having a bigger bed. Excellent breakfast and nice outdoor seating area too. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it for location alone. A/C was not working not too much of problem for us as we stayed in october so not too hot. Modern power shower but it's attached half way up the wall so you have to hold it above your head to shower which we found bit strange |

Location was excellent, 15 minutes away from Alfama on foot, good breakfast, cool patio, funky design. It gets very noisy at night. |

Location is the main plus of this hotel, all means of public transport (metro, train, tram, funicular) are just around the corner, Barrio Alto just a funicular ride away. Also, breakfast was good, design of rooms and the dining room is interesting, and the hotel is new. I would recommend it to someone who is traveling alone and needs a clean hotel in center to spend minimum of time in it. Hotel is new, but you can see that it is opened in an old building, and with a minimum money invested. Rooms are very small, particularly the bed in, what they called "superior" room, it is too small for two. Dining room had an interesting design but was actually quite uncomfortable and small too. It is like an instant hotel, there aren't any drawers in the room, floors are weird and the isolation of rooms is bad. Airconditioner didn't work, and we could smell the kitchen of nearby restaurants all the time. Also, every morning at 7 o'clock sharp, someone was cleaning the terrace and preparing breakfast in the dining room, and since our window (as in many other rooms) was above that terrace we were also awake every morning at 7am. |

The rooms were really nice and the design and location were very good. Perfect to explore the city. - Acceptable for one night but not more. As the air conditioning was not working, we were forced to leave the windows open and could hardly sleep because it was really loud. Then the neon lights in the windows could not be switched off manually and with the open window it was really bright also. |

Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, good location, helpful staff, quirky design. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights, they are confusing and some do not go off at all but it is a minor point. |

Location, breakfast area, simple checkout Air conditioning was off. This is mentioned in the elevator, still, it should account for a fare reduction. Rooms are too hot, and street is a bit noisy to have the windows open in order to cool the room |

It is handy has all the basic services: internet, car rental, the location is central close to a lively area full of restaurants and bars and other main services. A bit noise since the doors slams authomatically. |

Location is good. We have got a small discount after a big disappointment. We have booked superior room - the room which we were offered was far away from a superior room. Unbelievably small! After complaining we were told that superior rooms are fully booked. The ac was not working - noone told us! Again, after complaining, our room was changed for slightly bigger one and we got a fan instead of ac. Funny - ac doesnt work in the whole hotel. Forget eating at the terrace - not enough chairs and very noisy cause of all the ac "outflows" of the surrounding buildings. No wardrobe in the room, just some kind of shelves. In the end, we went to another 3*** hotel, not far away, also great location - for the same price we have got much better comfort, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2x ac, 2balconies with a great view...etc.. |

Interesting design and excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when asking for directions. There was a green light that could not be turned off at night which was annoying. The tv was not working and was not fixed when I informed the reception. Although I was aware that the rooms were small I did not realize how small. |
