Hotel Globo  

As always the staff were so welcoming - this was our fourth stay and we will be back again next year!! The barman could not have been more friendly and the view, as always, from the bar was superb!!

I know it is impossible in Portimao but I can dream and parking would be a bonus:)

Staff friendly, clean room, close to the water front and centre

Small room, and basic. More travel lodge than a 3 star hotel. Not an issue but over priced for what you recieve in return. The views are from the dining room only !! We were on the 5th floor, directly under the dining room. At early o clock in the morning they start sorting out the room, draging tables and chairs around above our room which woke us up, not ideal. We had an early night due to a very early flight home, only to be woken, by them sorting out the room after evening service. Deep joy.... Not. Only on street parking available which costs money. The hotel is ok, just not what we expected and too much money for the type of hotel it is.

Well appointed, well furnished , staff friendly and helpful, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views over the waterfront from the restaurant and bar.Breakfast was o.k.

We had one evening meal there which was a special at 14.50€ per person. This was a disappointment as most of the food was cold especially the vegetables. The fish option and chicken were o.k. but suffered from being from being left under heaters for too long., and we ate approx. half an hour after the restaurant opened Although staff wandered in and out there was no-one available to whom we could make comments at the time.We didn't think it was good value and ate out for the other two nights.

Me ha encantado las vistas desde el restaurante, y la tranquilidad. Nos hemos sentidos muy comodos, todo estaba super limpio y nos han tratado fenomenal

Os colchões demasiado moles e usados. As dificuldades de estacionamento em frente ao Hotel para descarga da bagagem no dia da chegada. Um dos lugares de estacionamento reservado para o efeito esteve sempre ocupado pelo mesmo veículo e o rececionista afirmou não poder mandar retirá-lo

de bar is ongezellig en spuuglelijk van kleur en inrichting de lobby is erg kaal en ongezellig. Inchecken doe je bijna in het donker.

Excelente situação, relativamente à cidade de Portimão, como também às excelentes infraestruturas culturais, designadamente ao tempo, para a realização de eventos culturais e científicos, que foram motivo da minha estada neste Hotel. Valerá a pena recomendá-lo: proximidade, qualidade de serviços/preço, atendimento de qualidade.

Embora com parque de estacionamento próximo, há dificuldade de paragem frente ao hotel para a chegada dos hóspedes e respectivo registo/malas, pelo que seria interessante ter um lugar em frente da entrada reservado para o efeito.

Las vistas desde el Restaurante.

La habitación que nos dieron era pequeña, con una panorámica horrorosa, el cuarto de baño pequeño y sin bidet, faltaba el secador de pelo y no se nos proporcionó uno hasta el día siguiente. No disponía de aparcamiento. Ofrecían uno cercano. El acceso al Hotel en coche era muy complicado, sin GPS casi imposible llegar a la puerta, andando es mucho más fácil.

Serviço internet inexistente quarto! Dificuldade extrema para estacionar!pagamento adicional p estacionar num parque com acordo com hotel (7€ dia)
