It´s was super. Very good ambiance :) Rooms are corrects. Garden and breakfast are so cool ! Very good price for the place :)
Friendly staff Breakfast was good Back garden was nice
Our room was small for 4 people. Could do with a bit more cleaning. Refurbishment needed.
Overall a nice hostel, maybe a little bit simple, but with enough facilities, with quite sufficient breakfast. Is really not that far from the center, which is also nice. Towels included! For 11€/night very good price/performance.
The staff were very nice and there was a substantial breakfast.
The shower drains were blocked so you were standing in 5cm of water. When I got into my dorm a damp towel was folded at the end of my bed on top of the bed sheet. It was not clean and I suspect it wasfrom the previous occupant.
For the price it is very good. Not exactly in the center but very close, you can go walking to everywhere
Showers could be better. Beds need an upgrade.
The breakfast is good, the hotel is near to the metro station and two station from the city center
The room is not very clean and I don't like the waiter~
If you just want a place to sleep and walk around the city, it's a great deal, but there are a lot of better hostels in Lisbon for this price. The best thing is the breakfast - it's simple, but good enough. It's close to a subway station. Close to market (Lidl) and they have a kitchen for the guests.
Wifi don't work well. The neighborhood is famous between the police officers for being quite dangerous, but I walked around during late night and it was ok. The bathrooms and showers could be cleaner. The staff is not prepared at all - they put 6 people in a 5 bed dorm. It's cheap, but if you book in advance, you can find better options in better areas (the hostel is 1.5km far from the nearest turistic point, Rossio Square).
great for the budget traveller.lively bar
nothing but if I had a complaint noisy early morning and late evening
The price was very good for one night. Very close to a Lidl supermarket and not too far to Anjos metro station. Fully equipped kitchen where you can make your own food. It used to be a 'Palace' so the rooms are quite big and the in general it is very spacious.
Although no fault of the hostel, It is located in a very bad area which is very dirty. I was also told by an older lady in the area to be careful as there had been many robberies at the local shop and that pick pockets were popular with a lot of tourists. On arrival the young man at reception hardly greeted me, I was not shown to my room or really told much about the facilities (if any.) I would not recommend staying here as there are a lot of other Hostels where you can have a pleasant experience in Lisbon and feel safe.
nice garden with bar
For 15 euro's a night you can't do much wrong renting a room here. Don't expect 4-* hotel conditions because you will be disappointed. Beds are OK, facilities are cleaned on a daily basis and breakfast was OK (keeping in mind that it's only 15 euro's a night)
Towels were not really clean and smelled a little bit. Sheets and blankets were of all kind of sizes and shapes.
Very friendly staff Clean rooms and washrooms very nice atmosphere, specially the garden feeling at home
breakfast is very poor and bad quality.
when we arrivedv the room we booked was not available, they re-booked for us hostel in downtown
The building is awesome!
Breakfast place is quite small.
On all my travels in Europe I have never met more impolite staff, which is very sad because the hostel's accomodation is very pleasent. The combination of not being able and not want to support the costumers made us to leave this actually beautiful hostel.
Nice garden, lot of young people in good mood, bar.
Young People means noise in the night and even to unlock the door means, you can hear that noise in the whole floor. We had earplugs, because we are used to hostels and with them everything was fine, without it would have been bad.
Clean, well located, near downtown
The booking system doesn't work. I'd needed to change the bed three times in three days because they didn't planed the arrivings.
Lovely staff at reception. Nice big rooms
Rooms were a little to old for me, Just personal preference but I prefer modern buildings. The rooms are in an old historic like building.
I like the price for the room are cheap and good!
The sharing rooms its not good.
Good location, historic tram 28 in front of the house, good value for your money
I liked the hotel exept when you put it in the map it's wrong so it would be a good idea to put up a perpendicular sighn
Bad area not the best part of town
For this price (6,25 € each per night in double room with breakfast) it was perfect!
The place is really cute and really cheap. Although is not located at the very city centre, it is five minutes walking far from the intendente metro station, only two stops far from la baixa.
The shared toilet for men was a bit small, with the showers in it and no privacy. The lights did not work!
value for money! for those on tight budget, certainly recommended!
My room was close to the reception and sometimes the music playing there was disturbing. But it was ok given the price and the included breakfast!
