sijainti keskustassa, hotellin historiallinen ilme Superior-huone ei oikein vastannut odotuksiani. Pelkkä erilainen sisustus ei tee huoneesta parempaa ja siten kalliimpaa! Esim. kylpytakki/slipperit/huoneen hintaan sisältyvä minibaarin käyttö ovat sitä, mitä odotan superior-huoneelta!! Hotellin tiedoissa internetsivuillanne kerrottiin, että superior-huoneeseen kuuluu "special bath accessories" tms., mutta emme ainakaan löytäneet mitään erityistä.. |

Hyvä keskeinen sijainti Huoneemme oli ahdas ja vaatteiden laitto kaappeihin ja henkareihin oli todella vaikeaa. Langaton verkko pitäisi toimia myös huoneissa. |

Convenient position of hotel Complete misdescription of the room - a superior double room is simply too small to be called a 'superior' room. The staff asked about this defended the description on the basis the room had a double bed, but in fact to obtain a superior room you have to order a superior twin room. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and my first disappointment with the establishment. |

Loction, the staff - especially front desk staff who help us ensure the return of our lost lugge from the airline. It is a lovely old hotel - a bit faded around the edges but none the worse for that. |

Nice atmosphere,central location, low price that includes buffet breakfast Although the hotel looked as it had comfortable rooms, they gave us a very small double room that should only have been for single use.They were renovating the third floor so i would suggest to anybody to specifically ask for a room at the renovated part of the hotel. |

The position is very convenient, the staff helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was incredibly small, too small to be considered a double (actually the bed was small as well, two tall persons could not just fit). Moreover the window was just above the kitchen, so it was always smelling bad and there was a constant noise. The moquette on the floor and the not very accurate cleaning of the bathroom were reinforcing the impression of decadence... |
