Traditional, old and classy hotel. Still with the belle epoque look and feeling, at least in the public areas.

Change the last make up of rooms were the new plastic paint in white and brown is not a good choice.

Loction, the staff - especially front desk staff who help us ensure the
return of our lost lugge from the airline. It is a lovely old hotel - a
bit faded around the edges but none the worse for that.

The position is very convenient, the staff helpful and the breakfast was
excellent.

The room was incredibly small, too small to be considered a double
(actually the bed was small as well, two tall persons could not just
fit). Moreover the window was just above the kitchen, so it was always
smelling bad and there was a constant noise. The moquette on the floor
and the not very accurate cleaning of the bathroom were reinforcing the
impression of decadence...

The location, lobbies, and staff are excellent.

The double room was tiny, though many European rooms have traditionally been that way. My husband and i could not both have our suitcases open at the same time.

Excellent breakfast and breakfast environment.

Too small room for two persons. With two pieces of luggage moving in the room almost impossible. Safety box extra charged.

Dining room and reception/seating areas. It's convenient location.

The bar was very quiet, clean good service and lovely decor but lacked atmosphere.
