Personalet var venligt og morgenmaden var på et rimeligt niveau efter prisen. Selvom det lå lige på kanten til et lidt "lurvet" kvarter var det i centrum af byen

Et dejligt hotel der trods undselig ydre viste sig at være et utrolig godt hotel. Fremragende beliggendhed, god service og billigt!

Nydelige værelser med dejlig skabsplads, Flot udsigt til borgen (fra 3. sal), Velordnede forhold, rigelig morgenmad, Central beliggenhed mange transportmuligheder tæt på - shopping - restauranter

bedre varme på badeværelset (kun varme ind fra værelset). Varmen på værelset udmærket med mulighed for regulering.

This was our second stay at the Alcobia. We had a room at the front on the fourth floor with fine views of the castle above us. The room was clean and the staff fine. The recently expanded breakfast room made the 'breakfast experience' a lot less 'manic' than before. A very good base for exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area, with the Rossio metro station a few hunded meters away as well as bus/tram stops for Belem, etc. Several reasonable eating places only a few meters from the hotel.

Just bear in mind there is a flight of steps up to reception from street level and another flight before you get to the lift.

My time at the Hotel was most enjoyable with nice views of the Caslte and a perfect location for all ammenities in and around the city of lisbon

Nothing really maybe slight noise traffic in the morning thats all

The central location of the hotel means you can walk to many of Lisbon's sites or walk to the trams or train station in the adjacent Rossio. The location is also handy for good restaurants, bars ans cafes.

I was pleasantly surprised at the updated room/building---did not have the "old, run-down" feeling that I expected from it's age though it kept its charm. It's location to the airport shuttle was very nice. Weren't able to stay for breakfast--had an early flight so cannot comment there. They gave us a castle view as we'd requested when we booked. Nice people.

It was inexpensive but quite adequate and clean. The location was ideal in the older part of Lisbon close to tourist amenities,shops and restaurants.

The reception desk was on the first floor and the lift only started at the second floor. There were no staff to assist with luggage so the stairs posed a problem for two octogenerians! - but other guests came to the rescue with carrying cases as far as the lift. It was that sort of establishment

The location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with french doors to a private balcony and had a view of the castle.

Very kind staff , extramly central location with few steps to metro and downtown, actually just in the central square but standin a bit quite area.Food is ok and there're few small very local restraurant surrounding.位置很理想非常市中心但是是安静区域。服务人员很热情是个老太太

Room is still a bit small of course although I booked double room for single use. Breakfast is continantal food very simple choice but taste good. 大陆早餐比较简单不能和国内星级酒店比但是味道还不错吃饱没问题。
