Location was close to everythin, 24 hour reception was useful for our early check-out and our room on the top floor which had a good view of the rooftops of lisbon. Breakfasts were pretty average - plan to go out for a decent coffee after! |

Friendly welcome, room good size, however if light sleeper you may not wish to be at the front where the trams run by. Upon checkout I noticed that the information they had on the form was my credit card number and security number in full, which makes me question the data security of this hotel when it is stored on a piece of paper, made me very uncomfortable that it was this blatent. |

Our room had a great view of the castle and the room itself had nice decor, was a decent size, had high ceiling and double doors by the Juliet balcony. It is possible to park your car in some of the nearby streets for free. The location is very close to the centre which made it very handy for getting to all the sightseeing locations by public transport or on foot. There appeared to by ladies of the night selling their services on the nearby street corner which was a little unpleasant but don't let this put you off using this excellent hotel. |

The hotel was easy to find and close to the Airport bus stop. It was a great location - right in the centre of Lisbon but on a reasonably quiet street. The rooms are of varied sizes but all were clean and comfortable. The staff were most pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fresh but could have been a little more varied and it would have been nice to have been offered tourist information on arrival. |

Very centrally located, new, and quite clean with a nice breakfast, however the lack of hot water to shower was a serious deficiency. No hot water; the shower water was not even lukewarm during the entire 3 day stay. |

It was located near a metro stop and near a busy plaza, however the immediate neighborhood was a bit sleezy. staff spoke english and were pretty helpful. We were on the 4th floor and elevator was very small and usually not available. |

I would thoroughly recomend this hotel. It was spotlessly clean (and I'm very fussy) and in a perfect location. The room was quite small but comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only slight negative is that it is a bit of a hike up two lots of stairs to the first floor where the lift starts, so not good for anyone with mobility problems. |

I requested a view of the castle and they gave me a room with a fantastic view of the castle. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The sheets and towels were soft. The only thing to consider is that the neighborhood at night can be a bit on the seedy side (prostitutes on the street corners, etc.), but some people might consider this a drawback. |

We liked, briefly said, its "traditional atmosphere" (something like "remembrance of old times"), its perfect position in the center enabling an easy access to all places of interest. |

Great place for a pension standard - it is pretty much like a hotel. Comfortable, clean and spacious room, new decoration, good breakfast, friendly staff (actually owners), very well located (walking distance from all downtown attractions), close parking. |

Hotel Mundial is located in the very heart of Lisbon. The small streets surrounding the hotel are full of atmosphere with small restaurants and bars wherever you go. |
Enjoy the tranquillity this hotel radiates, while staying in Lisbon’s city centre, with the Eduardo VII park and the Marquês de Pombal square right at your doorstep. |
Located in the heart of Lisbon, just a short walk from Marques de Pombal Square, this hotel offers comfortable accommodation in a beautifully restored historical building. |
In 1996, the Aparthotel Vip Eden was awarded with a prize for the best urban renovation project and for its tourist accomplishment in Portugal. |
