Dobre położenie i czystość.

Mało zróżnicowane śniadania, trudność z porozumieniu się z personelem oraz beznadziejne położenie dodatkowego łóżka w przedpokoju.

Lokalizacja hotelu w sercu Lizbony oraz jego autentyczny charakter. Hotel mieści się w starej, pięknej kamienicy z obszerną klatką schodową i wejściem typowym dla kamienic ze swojej epoki. W najbliższym sąsiedztwie znajduje się kilka lokali serwujących wyśmienitą lokalną kuchnię.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń do tego hotelu, aczkolwiek podkreślę, że nie jest on przeznaczony dla osób kochających luksus i wygodę. Np. winda nie zjeżdża na sam dół, w związku z czym należy liczyć się z noszeniem bagażu.

Bathroom smelled moldy; small odd shaped shower with no grab bars and hard not to fall; tiny tv mounted far away on the wall with only a few channels

We was given a very large room with a king size bed, very comfortable. Location was very good, only a short distance to the main historic site which we liked, and the metro was just around the corner. We had to travel to Lisbon and the main bus station was bout 10 min walk away.

Clean, stylish rooms and immaculate bathrooms, excellent location right next to main sqaures

My time at the Hotel was most enjoyable with nice views of the Caslte and a perfect location for all ammenities in and around the city of lisbon

Nothing really maybe slight noise traffic in the morning thats all

The central location of the hotel means you can walk to many of Lisbon's sites or walk to the trams or train station in the adjacent Rossio. The location is also handy for good restaurants, bars ans cafes.

I was pleasantly surprised at the updated room/building---did not have the "old, run-down" feeling that I expected from it's age though it kept its charm. It's location to the airport shuttle was very nice. Weren't able to stay for breakfast--had an early flight so cannot comment there. They gave us a castle view as we'd requested when we booked. Nice people.

It was inexpensive but quite adequate and clean. The location was ideal in the older part of Lisbon close to tourist amenities,shops and restaurants.

The reception desk was on the first floor and the lift only started at the second floor. There were no staff to assist with luggage so the stairs posed a problem for two octogenerians! - but other guests came to the rescue with carrying cases as far as the lift. It was that sort of establishment
