Ett super trevligt hotell med ett perfekt läge. En bra frukost, rena rum och väldigt trevlig personal. När till city men ändå på en lugn gata. |

Helt fantastisk standard för dessa små pengar... fräscha rum, centralt läge, vänlig personal extra plus för fina trägolv istället för den annars obligatoriska heltäckningsmattan Är det något man skulle anmärka på så är det frukostmatsalen, vilken var alltför trång... vid rusningstid var den närmast klaustrofobisk och temperaturen därinne kändes som närmare 40 grader... trängslen gjorde det svårt för personalen att göra sitt jobb... |

Hotellet erbjöd den standard man kan förvänta till denna prisnivå. Frukosten var bra och läget centralt. Hissen som var trång och startade först på plan 1, vilket här betydde tre trappor upp. |

This was our second stay at the Alcobia. We had a room at the front on the fourth floor with fine views of the castle above us. The room was clean and the staff fine. The recently expanded breakfast room made the 'breakfast experience' a lot less 'manic' than before. A very good base for exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area, with the Rossio metro station a few hunded meters away as well as bus/tram stops for Belem, etc. Several reasonable eating places only a few meters from the hotel. Just bear in mind there is a flight of steps up to reception from street level and another flight before you get to the lift. |

We was given a very large room with a king size bed, very comfortable. Location was very good, only a short distance to the main historic site which we liked, and the metro was just around the corner. We had to travel to Lisbon and the main bus station was bout 10 min walk away. |

Very clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. A great budget hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Area was a bit dodgy but I think Lisbon has big poverty issues any way. |

My time at the Hotel was most enjoyable with nice views of the Caslte and a perfect location for all ammenities in and around the city of lisbon Nothing really maybe slight noise traffic in the morning thats all |

The central location of the hotel means you can walk to many of Lisbon's sites or walk to the trams or train station in the adjacent Rossio. The location is also handy for good restaurants, bars ans cafes. |

I was pleasantly surprised at the updated room/building---did not have the "old, run-down" feeling that I expected from it's age though it kept its charm. It's location to the airport shuttle was very nice. Weren't able to stay for breakfast--had an early flight so cannot comment there. They gave us a castle view as we'd requested when we booked. Nice people. |

It was inexpensive but quite adequate and clean. The location was ideal in the older part of Lisbon close to tourist amenities,shops and restaurants. The reception desk was on the first floor and the lift only started at the second floor. There were no staff to assist with luggage so the stairs posed a problem for two octogenerians! - but other guests came to the rescue with carrying cases as far as the lift. It was that sort of establishment |
