Central location with relatively large and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was very large. The hotel is easily overlooked from outside but well worth it when you go inside. Staff were generally helpful (though information provided was never particularly accurate) and friendly. Breakfast was standard continental style but fresh and filling. Safe didn't work in our room. |

Central Location - very close to everything, good value, clean room Our room was near to the breakfast room (on the first floor) and it got noisy in the mornings with people coming and going, and the staff getting the breakfast ready. The breakfast room gets very crowded. That said, I would definitely stay there again as the value was great. |

the location is the best, very close to Praca da Figueira, close to Rossio, Restauradores and Rua Augusta - just in the heart of Lisbon; good breakfast; nice staff. the elevator is on the first floor, so you have to haul your luggage up a level before you can catch the elevator; bad view. |

The first room where we stayed was to small for a double. We ask the staff of the hotel and in the second day the room was changed. The new room was larger and it has a beautiful view. I recomand the the hotel to have free Internet at the reception (the prices were big!!!, 3 euro/ 1/2 hour it is big). |

Great value taking into account location and the standard of the hotel. Staff nice, professional speaking English well. Hotel is located just in the heart of Lisbon. Hall and room decorated in v. good standard. Rooms and bathrooms spacious, high ceiling, wooden floors, comfortable beds. Breakfast room is quite small and very busy at peak time. There is no hotel car park and parking on the street is not allowed. This is understandable, however, Hotel staff seems to underestimate car parking issues: more advices about free parking would be welcome (advice about car park nearby for 50 euro per night is not exhaustive). |

The staff was really wonderful, the hotel was in a nice side street with full view of the Castle on the hill. I asked for a room with a view and got one via this website booking. The breakfest was also great with lots of choices. The room was clean, well maintained, and they now have internet in the lobby as well.. |

is was clean, towels were really soft :) It's in a center of Lisboa, but it's quite, without all night long partys. lady concierge wasn't nice and competent, she was nervous. Metro Martin Moniz it's not a save place for turists, be carefull going out after sunset. |
