The location - overlooking the ocean but an easy stroll into the town of Cascais. A very relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it. |

We thought the overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. Having booked a seaview room we were not disappointed as the view was outstanding. It was a relaxing break for my family and it was nice to return to cascais after 21 years. I was there for one week and there was no hand towels in the ladies toilets in the pool area, The floor was dirty both in the toilets and in the general pool area. The sun loungers had the same footprints on them for the whole week that I was there. If you wanted a drink you had to go into the main bar area to buy a drink and take it outside yourself. I also thought it was rather silly that you had to go to Reception to request towels for the pool area.I |

A large very confortable hotel ideal for conferences but also for couples. Good location good facilities good breakfast Fairly impersonal - details of what was on offer - eg restaurant where it was - menu etc not particularly well signposted. |

Overall very good 5 star hotel, confortable, excellent location A few things missing on the rooms:radio/ipod dock (common nowadays in lower rated hotels), 1 soap 1 shamppoo, for a room of two ?!?! No coffee machine, no snacks in the room.The inside pool can only be used if using the SPA services... |

In view of present economic climate, and as hotel was very empty, consider an upgrade of 1 of the 2 rooms would have been appropriate. Being charged extra for breakfast was dissapointing, and having to ask for soap in both bedrooms should not have happened. Concentrated orange juice for breakfast is completely inappropriate in a country where fresh fruit is so readily available |

Our room was spacious and very comfortable - conservatively luxurious as is the hotel. The pool and terraces are nicely laid out. Staff was professional and friendly. For us as a young family it was rather too formal a hotel and lacked a bit of the "you're very welcome" atmosphere we enjoyed at our other hotels in Portugal. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit overpriced at 25 Euro per person, but the food was certainly good. |

the hotel is very beautiful, relaxing and very calm. the service was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. the rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon each day. disappointing. |

I Had breakfast and after rented a movie and at the end used the spa facilities. I think you should offer the use of the spa (sauna and pool) for the hotel guests. |

En mi corta estancia me ha gustado la atención del personal, su rapidez, la limpieza en las habitaciones y la decoración de todo el hotel. Tienen parking gratuito para no dejar el coche en la calle ya que te comentan que no es recomendable dejarlo fuera. El precio. |
