Meeting people from another country, and walking into town for dinner and drinks and sightseeing The guesthouse was close to a slightly "seedy" part of Lisbon and there were reports of gang-related thefts in the area. |

Great location, big room, nice kitchen and bathrooms. No airconditioning, when it was +36 in the city, we did not sleep the whole night. If you open the windows - you get a nice noise shock from the street and locals parting untill 2 in the morning. When it got cooler - we slept ok. |

The guesthouse is a very large appartment, has three washrooms, (one with a large bathtub), a full kitchen and a washer and dryer (which is great for travellers). It also has a patio. The directions!!!!...the address is of the guesthouse, not the hostel where you have to check in. There is no signage on the guesthouse so if someone had not helped me i would have been lost. They do email you directions the day or two before but travellers don't always check their emails everyday. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel ha sido su limpieza y lo nuevo que estaba todo, ademas de estar equipado de varios baños, una cocina y un patio , lo recomendaria sin dudarlo, si vuelvo a Lisboa pasare por alli......... porque en cuestios calidad precio es una opcion perfecta, nos a encantado tanto a mi pareja como a mi. No, todo porque evidentemente no tiene lujos, pero es economico y se encuentra en muy buen estado , me reitero todo nuevo |

lo mejor,... la limpieza y el personal.La parada de metro en la puerta el jardin q aparece en la pagina web estaba en otro edificio, y la zona era un poco regulera, habia mucho desocupao por las calles y daba un poco de respeto... |

Estaba muy céntrico y la relación calidad precio me pareció muy buena.Había que compartir los baños que estaban siempre impecables.Las camas un poco pequeñasLo único confuso es la dirección.La dirección del guest house no se corresponde a la recepción del hotel que se encuentra en la calle perpendicular. Las direcciones. Cuando llegué a la dirección indicada no había nadie para atenderme, así que tuve que buscar la recepción, que no es difícil. La ubicación aunque céntrica, 10 minutos caminando del centro, me pareció un poco sórdida, especialmente de noche. No parecía peligroso pero la calle por la noche daba un poco de miedo |

de kamer was ruim en schoon. het sanitair was perfect in orde. de kamer lag aan een rumoerige straat en er was geen airco op de kamer, waardoor de ramen wel open moesten blijven staan. |

Probablemente su localización y el jardín que tiene en la segunda planta el precio final que no se corresponde con la calidad de la habitación aunque tenga baño que en España normalmente siempre la tienen con precios mas razonables. Tuvimos que esperar a las 4 de la tarde para poder ocupar la habaticación y nos levantaron de la "siesta" a esa hora para hacer la limpieza al dia siguiente, creo que eso no es propio de un establecimiento "internacional" en una ciudad como Lisboa, tan bella como "bella". |

bel giardino per rilassarsi dopo la serata per lisbona l'indirizzo è differente da quello indicato, le camere sono senza aria condizionata e dentro la camera si ha solo il bidè e la doccia, rigorosamente non separati dal resto della camera..... |

La disponibilità del personale, la vicinanza alla metropolitana. La camera umida con odore di chiuso, non si potevano tenere le finestre perte perchè davano su un cortile buio e sporco. |
