The hot water swimming pool is excellent. The room was confortable and luxurious. The staff were very polite and the hotel also has activities for the guests. The Media room with game consoles is also a plus, along with a video session each night for the children. |

As expected, the H2otel is one of the best spa hotels on this region. The room was excellent, clean and spacious, but what makes the difference is the swimming/relax area. Warm water, jacuzzis and water- drops make this hotel a must for anyone. |

The excellent dinner and breakfast buffets for a very reasonable price. The showers pre-swimming-pool are not post-signed and are not compulsory which is rather shocking.The heated swimming-pool is more for soaking than for swimming - there are hidden walls and tubes a little bit everywhere, again with no signs.There isn't enough light for reading in the room !! |

Hardly anything bad to point out. Was all great. Location is beautiful. Having to wear swim caps in the swimming pool. With about 20 kids in there doing what kids do in pools I think it's a bit ridiculous, specially in the outside pool. If want to enjoy a bit of sun and then take a dive to cool off, it's stupid having to put a swim cap. |

Sou cliente habitual deste Hotel. Nada tenho a assinalar pela negativa. Conforto e sossego absoluto em contacto com a natureza. A única observação feita, anteriormente, relacionada com os copos de plástico na casa de banho e mini-bar foi corrigida. Apesar de os mesmos serem de plástico são, agora, de excelente qualidade. |

A comodidade, conforto, design, localização, (entre outros)... Lamento que os valores praticados no restaurante não sejam mais acessíveis, ou seja, com diferentes tipos de oferta de acordo com a procura e tipo de cliente. Cobram 19 euros por pessoa no restaurante, valor esse que é pesado para um casal ou família com filhos e nos força a procurar outras opções fora do hotel. Se tivermos em linha de conta que só existe um pequeno restaurante próximo (bom por acaso), incomóda os hóspedes ao terem que sair do hotel. Sugiro que passem a oferecer um serviço buffet mais económico. Aproveito também para referir que deveriam ter música ao vivo ou outros tipos de animação ao serão pois a noite pode se tornar aborrecida sem ocupação, deixando os hóspedes sem opções para passar o tempo. |

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei instalado neste hotel, e posso afirmar que continua espectacular, melhor que a primeira vez, visto agora já estar arranjado toda a parte exterior do hotel. Têm um complexo de piscinas soberbo, toda a arquitectura do hotel é de uma elegância e funcionalidade muito bem conseguida.Não posso deixar de salientar a simpatia de toda a equipa do hotel, e um especial agradecimento à Ana Marmelo (Relações Públicas) ao André (Actividades Radicais) e à Mara (Entretenimento com as crianças). Muito obrigado pelas excelentes mini- férias que nos porpocionaram. |
